a week agoI’ve been trying to reach this company for the last 2 months in regards to my monthly membership and I’ve also emailed them twice and still have not received a response. If your phone number doesn’t work for your corporation what is the purpose of having a phone number where people can communicate and call and or to make complaints, that’s just bad business and that just tells me that you don’t want to deal with the customers complaints or concerns.2 months agoSome bird “drops” didn’t come off the side panel which was a problem since I upgraded my wash for the purpose of getting rid of the bird goo. Appreciate the strong, free vacuums that sucked up all of the plant debris and spilled soil in my back seat. Easy to get in and out.6 months agothe free vacuums are great! The monthly subscription is worth it in the winter months. I go at least once a week to get the winter grime off the car. The carwash can be crowded with longer lines during peak times between 5pm – 7pm and on weekendsd, but i usually go on off hours and there’s usually no line. I wish the drive through wash could be open past 9pm.3 months agoQuick and easy car cash but the prices are not worth the quality of car wash but it is the best one in the area. Also free vacuum but I wish the spaces for the vacuum were a little wider because if someone is parked next you it feels like are bumping into you or your car4 years agoLOVE the free vacuum and air! My kids also loved the wash (so did I) but they think the lights are super fun and have made it into a dance party!. Wish there was an option to dry down (or at least towels) but it is a great wash for the price!

2 months agothis is a joke place. Employee smoke while directing and the wash was not complete due to the employee forgot to put the cleaning hose away and tangle with the machine. My hod was minor scratched due to their lack of cleaning the clothe and it was really dirty everywhere.2 months agoI love my job here, its a carwash but you can make it a career. Benefits package is great once it kicks in. Fun place to work, great bosses, at my location 😉.Customers and clients are friendly and cool, young and old. We did almost 1300 cars yesterday and it was a SLOW DAY. We stay busy, there’s always something to do.
OH YEAH, TO THE CUSTOMERS….
WE HAVE 30 GARBAGE CANS THERE’S ALWAYS AT LEAST 1 EMPTY. PLEASE STOP THROWING YOUR S&[+ ON THE GROUND.
AND, TO WHOEVER IT IS THAT KEEPS COMING ON OUR LOT AFTER HOURS AND OPENING THE VACUUMS….

3 years agoThis is how my 2019 Camry bumper was after the wash. Please be careful to check your car after the wash. The person there helped me fix it back.The car was not fully dry even with super dry option.
2 weeks agoBuddy bears use too much soap when I leave there is still soap on my truck, please use less soap or use more rinse water.7 months agoThe guy directing you in there was smoking with one hand and scrubbing your back end with the other 🤣.They have really hard water. Limescale levels have to be through the roof at that place. They need to soften their water because it leaves thousands of white dots all over the vehicle. See the picture attached. If you have a black car, make sure you have your chamois/shammy with you and start drying immediately.
Both vacuums between my parking spot were clogged due to irresponsible customers but also negligent employees for not cleaning them.
The 2nd star is for the smoking employee that displayed the appropriate level of respect the establishment deserves.

I have the full package that cost $38 a month. I used to go to Delta Sonic but their car wash never washed my car good. I was always finding dirt even after going through twice so i brought my business here and will continue as long as my car continues to shine the way it does now. You get what you pay for, Deltas $16 a month not worth it and that was a super kiss plus special.
Just Car wash. Nothing special. Price went up $2 in 2 years Hmmm…. no better service.

I love the fact only at one BB location it used to be two BB locations used to wash the front window and the hood as I park under a tree.
