As other reviews state, I apparently payed 7 bucks to um… come home and see dirt all over the front and back of my vehicle (and that’s coming from someone with bad vision). All that scrubbing and fancy beltway for what? Also the workers were rude as I explained to them it was my first time and the guy in charge was commanding the younger boy in a weird manner. The overall experience was okay. But the touch free option left my vehicle looking as if it still needed to be cleaned. There were suds left on my windows, which made it even worse than before I arrived. The attendants were nice. The facility itself seemed overall well maintained. The car wash is pretty good. It has missed a couple of spots on occasion, but nothing major. It’s definitely worth a visit if you are nearby.
I thought about doing the monthly membership for my wife and I. There is a 5 dollar discount but even with the discount it was a little too high for my budget.
I would love to see a monthly membership based on the total usage, rather than vehicle count. Maybe a max of 5 washes per month per household? Something similar to that would be a much more appealing membership in my opinion.

The tires look like as if they are brand new and the car smells beautiful. Customer service is friendly and the fact that vacuuming is INCLUDED with the $30 Graphene X4 is sick. We’ve never had any problem but tonight something malfunctioned in the car wash and it didn’t finish correctly. The young attendants were more than happy to help. They were very personable. They looked after us with a sense of urgency, and made sure that we were happy and taken care of. It is very hard to find young people that are dedicated to their jobs like these young men were tonight. The company should be proud of them. As a long time customer of the Car Wash Lodge in Morrisville, NC, I can say first hand that the new owner, Edge Express , is 2X as good as the Lodge. Better everything. The Edge Express Ceramic wash is new gold standard for my cars. Absolutely prefer the self service vacuum and wipe down too.
Everything you love about a quick car wash! The staff was super friendly, the line was organized even with it being super busy. They have a variety of packages at different price points which is nice. The wash tunnel has colored soap and led lights which is honestly my favorite part of any automatic car wash. At the end they have a self serve vacuum station with microfiber clothes, multiple purpose spray and glass cleaner. I am leaving in a great mood with a pretty clean car.
The quality of the wash was great and their rewards program is good. I washed both of my cars here last week and I was disappointed both times that since they changed ownership from the Car Wash Lodge, they no longer have staff there to spot dry the cars. It looks like the prices went up with the new ownership, so I’m wondering why what you get out of it has gone down.
The acquisition removed the best parts of this car wash. No more hand dry, no full service and detail. You have to dry your own car. For $50/mon subscription, there’s little value if I have to dry it myself.
I’ve been taking my car here several weeks now and have overall been happy with the quality.
Today I went through and at the end of the tunnel, something in their equipment completely stripped off a piece of trim on my roof. The guy working didn’t seem overly concerned and said I should just try to snap it back on. My car is only a year old so just trying to figure out if some more costly damage could happen the next time. Just be aware that it’s likely always a possibility.
