Paid for the “best” wash package and it didn’t fully wash my vehicle. I asked them about it and the attendant said “yeah, the brushes aren’t really working”.
They ran it thru again, still didn’t clean my vehicle. Why are they STILL taking people’s money when they know full well that the equipment isn’t functioning properly?

The day crew at the Villa Maria and Texas location has done a nice job for me in the past. Recently when I went in the evening about 10 minutes before close, the cones were out to prevent anyone from arriving. After a conversation with the day crew I learned that a new manager was on the job and had apparently made a poor decision. For that small inconvenience I forgave them.My next evening experience was the one that caused me terminate the relationship. When going to this location I must cheat to the right side of the drive belt because the rotating beaters on the driver side of the vehicle are a bit too aggressive against my driver side mirror. Therefore, when I exited my vehicle, prior to entry, and attempted to let the young man who was guiding cars into the car wash, he aggressively came out of the entrance and screamed at me and claimed I was going to hit his red bollard on the passenger side of the vehicle when clearly I was not. This was not my first rodeo.
For the remainder of the month I just paid for, I inconveniently drive down to South College Station from Bryan to obtain my car wash.
I might suggest some hiring tools that would prevent bringing people on board that simply fail to practice good common sense.
By Ed Stonebraker (3 months ago)They rub rear of the cars which sometimes needed because dirt and dust but for most sedans it’s front grill bumper and hood which has dirt but they don’t have a brushing which can rub them better so many a times I need second round of cleaning, because these nasty bugs and dirt doesn’t go away in one wash. SO they may install a brush which clean front area more better way rather that manual hand brush which is not effective. I’ve been using Drew’s Car Wash for years! And because they only get better each time I’m there I’ll continue to use them! Their staff is super friendly and has top notch customer service!
The touch less car wash is definitely touchlrss
I have used the touchless wash for about 6 months now and had a basic membership for a few months. The membership is totally worth the cost and the wash system works fine most of the time. However sometimes, it malfunctions and doesn’t use the soap for the wash at all or my car gets out dirty even after the wash. But those malfunctions happen only 1 in 10 times. So, if you’re having a membership, it should be fine. However, if you’re paying for the wash individually and it happens to be one of those bad times, you’ll end up leaving thinking the place wasn’t worth it.
The guy at the front was very friendly & welcoming, also after the wash Ciera was amazing & also very friendly & down to earth. Both of them were wet respectful which is something you don’t see much in younger workers now days! I was very pleased! Thank you also love the vacuum and air & the towels! Always a perk 🤩
