Stopped by to go through the car wash really quickly and the pictures are after he had me go through a second time. Machines are off and bad customer service!
Our car came out just as dirty as it went through the wash.
The lady next us said she had to go through the wash 4 times.
My husband grabbed the general manager Mike and asked if we could go through again, with hesitation and very annoyed he let us go through again.
He walked the wash with us as we were going through and at the end he adjusted the machine.
Our car looked just as dirty as it did before the wash.
My husband grabbed the manager again and asked for our money back. Manager said “I’m not giving you another car washer let alone your money back!”
My husband asked him to come out and look at our car, he told us we should have washed our car before we went there so it’s our fault (🤯)!
We pointed out the wheel detail portion and how our tires didn’t even get wet let alone cleaned.
After a long debate asking for our money back Mike pointed out the 1st time the machine was off but he fixed it the 2nd time and our car was as clean as it was going to get, again pointing out it was our fault our car was this dirty…
He then said we didn’t have a receipt so he couldn’t refund our money, we never got a receipt!
He finally refunded my husband’s money without our card number, luckily my husband looked because he refunded someone else’s card.

Got a super wash and it was very fast. However there are new chips in the paint on the roof of the car, more noticeable swirl marks, and the car was never fully dried so there are water marks on the windows and other areas. The rims also don’t look any cleaner. Little disappointed but got what I paid for apparently. Ray was a pleasure to talk to and an awesome salesman. He helped answer any questions I had about the monthly membership, and got me to join. He had a smiling face and it’s always great to see people who enjoy their job. 10/10 experience.
Seems to do an adequate job for an automatic car wash. Good amount of clean and damp cloths for self finishing. Vacuums work well. A bit dicey to get in and out.
I paid $17 for a car wash when it was don there were NO open spots for the vacuum I went around slowly 3 times. So I just left very unsatisfied for what I paid. I want a refund!!!!
Bought my membership at Costco and when soapy joes activated it , they only put it in as a single carwash not a years membership . Talked to three people this week , who just overrode the wash but didn’t fix the problem. Until today ! Kevin actually took the time to fix it , Thank -You Kevin
Very quick, good price. When it’s busy, it would be nice if the employees would usher the cars drying and vacuuming to move on. A 5 Minute only sign is posted, and we have waited over 20 minutes to get a spot. 3 employees were standing in a group talking, but did nothing
