Much better experience. Friendlier staff and actually able to get my car vacuumed. Good job turning it around, I’ll be coming back again.Thankfully I only purchased the $10 wash but this location seems to be in a steady decline of cleanliness, friendliness, and functionality. Today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I had to unclog 2 vacuum hoses before I could use them. Seems like there should be someone whose job that should be… Oh, right… There is. There are actual humans that get paid to make sure things actually work. The amount of large debris just laying around was quite surprising. The “free” rags and sprays were lacking, I had another customer ask me if I knew where to find them. This place could definitely benefit by hiring a former military manager to institute some discipline, order, and a sense of employee responsibility or investment in the customer’s experience.

And on the off chance that it isn’t clean to my standard, they will make it right by manually washing the needed areas. They even walk around after the wash while I’m using the vacuums to ensure my experience was 10/10. Personally I don’t recommend. I just paid $25 to go through an automated car wash…they didn’t even pre-brush off the stuck on bugs like they do at standard places. The guy was nice enough that helped me at the credit card machine but frankly I could have done that myself…that’s not why you go to a car wash that has people working at it. Just glad I didn’t get talked into the “membership” because that would have been an (additional) waste of money. Now I’m going to go home and actually clean the car myself because it didn’t even get the windows clean.
I’ve been going here for about a year now, and for the most part it’s easy peasy…I subscribed to the monthly membership plan and I can drive right in and out in less than 5 minutes and the vacuums are great too.
I’ve also noticed, as other people have said, at that this location they don’t do the prewash on the front, windshields, or tires because they don’t have enough help.
Overall, it’s good for the price and they lay everything you need out by the vacuums if you wanna detail your car.
When I first started coming here a couple years ago you’d get an amazing wash for the price, especially when you paid for the higher tier washes with wax, and now I’ll have to either try another location or another company, not sure if it’s going downhill as a franchise or just this location. Past few washes I paid for a wash that was supposed to include wax and tire shine and they used to spray your tires and such before you went in and now they haven’t been and my tires definitely don’t look clean or shiny whatsoever when I come out. The prices have went up and quality gone down. The wash itself is very spotty now and leaves a lot of holidays and the car itself did not shine like it got any type of wax.. looked like I paid for their cheapest “wash only”. Definitely not worth it coming here anymore which is disappointing because the location was convenient for me.
Had an unenthused attendant (employee) and he did not pre prep my car with brush and soap and water like the other employees do on any other day so front of car did not get cleaned . And the wash and quality of the car wash was not like it used to be. It seems old and worn. Vacuums were ok. But would have atleast given 4 stars if the attendant was more friendly, attentive, and enthused about his task .
I do think this location car washer is better than the others. Parking is just so scarily tight for full sized trucks. Especially trying to exit right on that narrow street.
