Needed a wash before heading out of town, was easy in/out. Even with the rain today, (5/7/23) car came out looking good. Only downside was 2 pieces of expensive trim were removed by the high pressure, and somehow a bad scratch appeared on driver’s side passenger door. Rain was too heavy for travel, so came home.
Didn’t notice missing trim nor scratch till Monday evening. Will be calling the manager to ask if the missing trim was found.
UPDATE: Called, no human contact, message said leave voicemail and number. So I did. No reply so far.

Our company buys the book of cards that say each card is good for 1 full service car wash. The lady checking the cars in told me that I needed to wash the mud off before I can go through the car wash. Several of my coworkers have had issues with the employees here as well. They halfway vacuum and wipe down theinside. Since the full service wash was already purchased they should have a area where 1 of their employees could rince off the mud/dirt that they don’t want going into the wash bay. Did a pretty good job on the ST. It was filthy from back to back road trips. Could have got in the crevices a bit better and needed to wipe up some leftover finger prints after. I am picky about my car and usually do it myself so I tend to nit pick about things. They actually got the glass behind the rear view mirror! (95% of places don’t). *Edit*. I was here about 1.5 months ago and things were great. Today was the opposite.
The interior of the car was not cleaned well and the windows still dirty. The floor coverings were all left upside down and unattached.
To top it all off I had a small pile of change in my middle cup holder, along with some smaller items (such as a key chain). The smaller items were moved to a separate cup holder in the vehicle. The change was stolen.
Would not recommend. Poorly managed system for when your car is ready, low quality service, and thieves

All the chrome pieces on my truck were still dirty, including the wheels. There were still bug remenants on the grill. There were wax streaks all over the truck. I went in for my normal Saturday car wash and left with a broken side mirror. They took absolutely no responsibility. Trying to “fix” it then and there with no professionalism. I expect it to be fixed the right way from the dealership with a full inspection on the lights and modules on the side mirror. This is a brand new 2023 BMW, I’m not about to have a kid working at a carwash try and fix my car. The assistant general manager, Ryan, started huffing and puffing rolling his eyes when I spoke to him about my concern. This is something I worked very hard for, I’m not about to just try and put it back together and drive off and have the turning lights shut off on me out of nowhere because of water getting into all the wires. Absolutely ridiculous. Never using this place again. No sense of accountability or professionalism. If you use this business or thinking about getting a membership, I suggest going somewhere else.
This location is the most convenient option in Beaumont. It’s not perfect but I see improvements being made. The biggest one being that there is a separate line for members which makes this a lot faster.
I’ve had issues here and there since they opened but hopefully they are done switching owners/companies.
The vacuums are super duper strong, don’t get anything near it that you don’t want sucked up.
The towels are nice just make sure you pick a super clean one. Guessing some have black from rims being cleaned.
Our car was damaged at Take 5 Car Wash in Bridge City Texas and they have done nothing about it. I will never use this business again and will surely let everyone know!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They also offer everything you need to get your car clean inside. I didn’t catch his name but the guy right inside the wash got all the bugs off before sending my car thru. I will say that ever since take 5 bought out blue crew the quality has decreased while the prices have increased. I don’t see why the cheapest option is $10, and it won’t even get every spot on my car.
A very clean place always have everything you need to clean your vehicle. Very nice people that work there. They would take the time out to help you in and anything is never loud music no drugs use you feel safe coming there I just love it that me being a 60 years old I feel very safe coming there.
