I thought this place was pretty cool also until I went there for years and now have to pay damage fees that they refuse to cover. I actually just spoke to the useless manager/site director who is very apologetic yet not helpful or productive. He said my vehicle had preexisting damage which is a LIE. They can’t even cover the $200 broken taillight done right after I pulled out of the wash! Not only does it bend up your front license plate, now I have to take it to court and ask for reimbursement and have my lawyer handle it. Great people.. not! I spoke to the parts guy at my dealership and he said that he has gotten multiple complaints for the same reason for BREEZE THRU. Pay $30/mth for years of service and have to pay hundreds into the thousands for damage cause off one single wash! See you in court!
I went here for my first automatic car wash for my 97 Cadillac deville on February 8th and didn’t have the best experience. I went through with my car working perfectly fine and when I went to leave out the wash my car wouldn’t move because the racks underneath to guide your car through, pulled my fuel hose out and messed with my fuel filter pulling it toward the back of my car. Ryan the manager who helped me was very nice and understanding most of the time I had to talk to him. He let my car sit there for a few days until I could figure out a way to get it home because the company wouldn’t help with a tow or anything. So my advice to people with older and lower to the ground cars check everything underneath your car before going into one of these car washes so either this or something doesn’t happen to you and your car.

I will happily change my review. We were back in Loveland and used a coupon for a free car wash. Our car turned out beautifully. I loved that we could vacuum our car, too.
Breeze Thru Car Wash reached out to me and told me that when this happens, they offer a rewash service. If this ever happens again, we can take advantage of that service. Since we had already left the area, they sent me a couple cards for free washes to use in the future. Their customer service is excellent, and for that reason, I would recommend giving them a try.
We just went through the car wash. It did nothing to clean our car. See photo AFTER the car wash. Everyone there was so nice and very polite. We didn’t know it didn’t clean the car until we drove away.
I love a good cheap carwash and for $10 this is great. They have vacuums available which is also nice and if you’re a member they have great amenities for you
