I really liked this car wash so I bought an unlimited plan thinking it would be great. I have now called multiple times to try and cancel the membership, gone up to the location and tried to find a worker twice. I can’t email corporate because they say I don’t have an account. I’ve now paid $80 and only been able to get one car wash. Never received a barcode or prompted to enter license plate. One of the best washes around. They offer two lanes for cash customers that funnel into one side of the car wash. A third line for members only who have their own side. This drastically keeps the lines moving over some of the others. I went at one of the busiest times and was in and out in 10 minutes through the line and washed.
The water sprayers get all areas. I have a truck and every car was I have been through fails to get the bottom portion cleaned. I was shocked when I got out to dry. My truck was actually clean! These dryers are a beast!
The pricing is fair for what all you get. I with with the top wash to get the ceramic coating. Don’t forget to visit the middle area where they have free floor mat cleaners plus a washout station and a load of towels that they kept bringing out. Vacuums we’re all around to accommodate all vehicles.

This one clean car very well. The water sprayers get all areas. Compared to others , this one is big, which have 2 lanes. The dryers works very well, no need to wipe hard.Since they are frequently stocking the towels, never experienced shortage. All vaccums are working and they are very powerful.
I recommend this place.

Kiosks don’t work properly requiring a (clearly frustrated) employee to come assist you and defeating the purpose kiosks in the first place. The wash itself is not working correctly. I had to drive to a hand-wash facility to get it rinsed thoroughly. Other reviews here refer to multiple apparent mechanical issues including damage to vehicles being caused by the malfunctions. Terrible wash. If your back end of your car has any verticality (like an SUV) you will be disappointed. Should’ve hand washed it myself, bc that’s basically what I had to do afterwards. Below are a few pics AFTER I did some cleanup with paper towels at the gas station before I got home.
This car wash seriously sells itself, after a long time of trying to find a perfect car wash I have returned to Tommy’s, I brought my first car here but after my car accident, I switched over to club car wash for the cheaper prices, and let me tell you I wish I never changed car washes. I just recently got a new car and two new dogs, and I’ve been seriously need a car wash. I decided to take my car to Tommy’s today and I got a month to month membership not only are their prices decent but their wash is insane. Their vacuums actually work they gave complementary dash wipes and air fresheners and they have a three dollar interior pack. It seriously amazing and don’t forget the free. Matt washes. I love this car wash. If you’re looking for a new place to take your car this is the one seriously my car looks as new as when I got it.
The first experience was just needing to use the vacuum, and the associate was so gracious. I offered to pay, but he said just drive around, but be careful as you drive around. Cleaning my vehicle there, it always comes out clean and almost completely dry!
The young lady that takes the payment was very nice. She tried her best to sell me on the monthly membership and I appreciated that. I told her that I was moving to Texas and she quickly replied with, “well you can always come here when you visit”. It made me chuckle.
The 2 reasons I give it 3 stars are:
1) They didn’t have a person with a power washer spraying your vehicle before the wash.
My suv has some difficult nooks that the large mechanical cleaning pads don’t get to.
2) The handle of the vacuum I was using was broken (the wand was loosely attached to the house and kept falling off) so I couldn’t vacuum the hard to reach spots between my seats. That was frustrating.
Best car wash I’ve been to. The people are always so friendly and helpful too.
