Long-time customer here. The business was recently sold to a new owner. It’s great that the car wash is now open on Mondays again, with Sunday being the only day it’s closed. You can now also include the tip on your card with your payment which is easier than cash. But customers can no longer get cash back when they use their debit cards to pay for services. Store items are more sparse now as well – the cold drink cooler wasn’t fully stocked and the various other items and snacks were slim pickings. I haven’t been in in a couple months so requested a wash and interior detailing. The work took longer than they anticipated and when the car was returned, all the floor mats were in the wrong places which has never happened before. I had to pull over and pull out the one they placed on the driver’s side to safely use the pedals. I was in a hurry to get somewhere so didn’t notice until later that day that the exterior wash did not remove all the dirt. Hopefully this is all a temporary rough patch and I’ll be able to come back to Google and up my review as time goes on.By HIJlemenop (a month ago)A bit $$$ for the quality. This Quick Quack location is the best in the area. My car always leaves looking amazing. The staff is fast and friendly. I always enjoy coming here. Jared the manager was so patient with me when I had questions about the new ceramic package. Such a great new package!
Just went to quick quack and got fantastic service. Sana was great she took the time to explain the process and make sure I was receiving the package I wanted. It’s nice to know that you can still get great customer service with something as automated as a drive through car wash.
Customer service here is unbeatable! Evan was so kind and helpful which is very uncommon nowadays. The car wash itself was very quick and efficient and the vacuums are easy to use 🤩🤩🤩 they also have a wide variety of air fresheners. Overall a 10/10 experience.
My family and I have had a membership with Quick Quack since 2015 and we have never been so thankful to such a business as we are to Quick Quack! While every location is staffed with amazing and friendly people, we believe this is the best one! They are helpful if you ask for help and prompt to it!
