a month agoI was very excited to become a monthly member for Mr. Magic, this location is closest to my home as well. I have used the touchless and the brush side now 3 days in a row and my car honestly looks worse now. As you can see in the photos my car is still filthy and the car wash just rubbed the dirt around. My car was not that dirty and to go in the car wash 3 days in a row and my car still doesn’t look clean is very sad and I won’t be buying another monthly membership. With the light touch of my finger I can wipe the dust/dirt off my car but the car wash cannot? Hopefully Mr. Magic can make this right.3 weeks agoHad a membership prior to Mr Magic taking over the car wash which was $12 per month for basic wash. Mr Magic took ownership and membership was increased without any notification other than my bank statement revealing to $15. Just received another notification from bank today that my monthly charge is now $19.25 for the same basic wash. Needless to say I am now canceling membership. The original Mr Magic car wash and ownership was an excellent car wash which was probably the best car wash in the south hills. Since the corporate purchase of most of the local car washes in Pittsburgh area they took the original Mr Magic car wash which was a state of the art car wash well worth the per charge cost of the wash and turned it into a mediocre car wash at best. The Bethel Park Mr Magic car wash was never a quality car wash to begin with. Instead of corporate growing the original Mr Magic car wash to the next level, they cheapened up the soaps which are the secret to having an exceptional car wash, removed the tech who used to spay off the front and back of the car along with scrubbing the stubborn areas and installed a rainbow of colors of soaps, fancy flashing lights and a semi clean car at best. When you comment about the semi clean car, the answer always is, well if it’s not clean to your satisfaction then we will run it thru again. My thoughts: People would rather pay for quality verses quantity. I was perfectly fine along with the thousands of people a year who used to pay $20 per wash at the original Mr Magic. What ever happened to wanting to be the best? I guess that wasn’t profitable enough which is sad.2 weeks agoWould honestly give zero stars if I could. Mr. Magic buying out Bethel Park Rapid Wash shows how you can take a car wash with the exact same equipment and turn it into a pile of TRASH. They use almost NO soap, and less rinsing. I don’t even know what else they’re doing to cut costs but if I am paying $10 for a basic wash I expect it to, at the very least, get the dirt off my windshield. It doesn’t. This place sucks and I cancelled my membership.2 weeks agoDon’t waste your money. Overpriced and doesn’t get your car clean. I miss the previous owners (Rapid Wash)a week agoDid a decent job. No one that dries your vehicle after. And, no chamois or rags around to wipe or dry anything. Free vacuums. A little challenging to get in and out of the traffic in the gas station.

I typically get home late and I used to come here RECENTLY and vacuum out my car before heading home. In the last 3-4 weeks the vacuums have been shut off at night. I wonder if it’s just THIS Mr Magic on Banksville, or they just changed their hours to not accommodate late workers like me. ‘Lights are on’ giving the consumer the “Welcome! Come in!” signal. But no, the lights are a fake out, you are not able to be served at this hour, good bye.
The car wash staff were amazing the attendants were professional and very knowledgeable about the car wash process. The car wash did a wonderful job on my suv I was really impressed! And to top it off there are vacuums and blowers available for you to use!

The person working there helped me with the free code and offer lollipop to my son for the wait. It was a fast car wash. IN and out. Your able to vacuum car for free right after the car wash. Overall experience was great
I went through last night and the attendant did a terrible job of directing me onto the tire track. I heard a scraping noise and when I got home there was a large gouge in my rim. I immediately canceled my unlimited membership.
