3 months agoWorst car wash I have ever received, here is a picture of the front of my car after the pro 5 plus wash, the most expensive option. The rest of the car wasn’t much better either. This package also included tire shine which I did not receive.3 weeks agoI’ve been a customer here for almost three years. I had a chip in my windshield. I noticed every time I’d come to this car wash, it would make the crack run bigger. The chip was not their fault, so I didn’t bring it up. However, a few weeks later, the car wash completely cracked my front bug shield in half annd left it hanging off my car. They took no responsibility for it and after contacting management (with very poor response time), they would not refund the remaining months of my annual pass. The lack of care for their customers, especially long term customers is very disappointing. I can no longer use the remaining 9 months of my pass as the car wash continues to damage my car and I still have to pay for it. Do not go here.2 months agoI go to this car wash often, and they have great service, prices, and quality to begin with. On my most recent visit, while we were vacuuming we had sucked up a key into the vacuum system. The management, specifically Mark, handled the situation incredibly well and truly went above and beyond. Mark went through the entire vacuum system himself, including going through all of the things that every vacuum had sucked up. He thoroughly searched through and did everything he possibly could to help.4 months agoMy favorite local car wash. My kids love the soap colors and lights as we go through. Seems to do a pretty good job even on the cheapest wash. Vacuums are GREAT! Powerful enough for all the crumbs and dog hair.a month agoWhen I first purchased the membership the car wash wash my car good lately seems like my hood has not been getting scrubbed. It’s not going down all the way onto my hood and it’s not drying as good as it did at the beginning other than that I like it because you have the window spray, the interior spray with rags and the vacuum.

2 weeks agoPoor washing performance. Tons of bugs still stuck to my front bumper, minimal washing of wheels (break dust all over). For the price they charge, you may need to use it twice to get a decent wash job. I would not recommend.a month agoThe absolute best car wash in the area. Thanks guys.5 months agoIt’s always great to have a clean car inside and out! The automated carwash cleans very well. I myself have the unlimited washes so you can literally make a u-turn at the end and go again if you want and I do with my kids they love it. Free vacuums and car mat cleaners. Although it does not take after market floor mats (weather tech) only factory carpet mats. Very pleased with their business so far.3 months agoAbsolutely love this car wash and its staff! Motospa Car Wash in Castle Rock is a fabulous facility to go to if you want professional car washing, detailing and oil/lube service to your vehicle. The staff is highly professional and courteous, the facility is well kept, and the in and out time is pretty expedient. Also, if you get a lube service, you are given a receipt for four free car washes. How awesome is that. Personally, I have had no bad experiences compared to others who gave bad or mediocre reviews. I encourage others to come here for great service.
I can’t come here any longer. The rates went up and service, while mediocre before, is way down now. I spent $50 and it said the wheel would be hand touched up, seats wiped, console, cupholders, mats and given an air freshener.
This was not done.i didn’t get a pic of wheels before I fixed them already. Some things were wet so I thought ok, let it dry and check. Seats had marks, cup holders dirty, the wheels were not touched and the shine hardly stuck on the rubber. There is nothing used on the dash or doors, just a wipe down. My windshield was dirtier after than before b cause they didn’t use a dry cloth with window cleaner.
This was atrocious.they we’re taking MAYBE 4-5min a car including vacuuming. I don’t care how many cars are in line, you don’t rush the work when you are charging $50 for what you charged $40 for a few months back.
Save your $, go elsewhere or do it yourself.
I used MotoSpa in Castle Rock,Co for detail service to my vehicle. Upon completion of the detail, none of the individual’s working on my vehicle informed my that a dinner plate size crack had happened to my vehicle. I noticed it after the keys had been handed to me stating my vehicle was completed. I asked for the manager and conversations started for their obligation to replace my windshield. Back and forth conversations of delays ensued, from not wanting to file a claim on their insurance, not wanting to replace the windshield with OEM equipment to even wanting to just pay straight cash for me to get the replacement done myself. Due to the unsafe driving condition of my windshield and multiple delays I decided to go through my military insurance and get the replacement done myself and let the military insurance work it out with them for responsibility. Unfortunately, this is not a reputable business that owned up to their acknowledged damage. Patrons beware. I would have used a No star rating had that been an option.
They cleaned the car, but knocked the rear view mirror off the windshield. I had to wait around for 40 minute extra while they tried to fix it. No one apologized or offered a refund on the wash.
I did the full day detail service and couldn’t be happier. I didn’t even realize they clean the glove box and trunk areas under the mats so I missed clearing it out. They put it all nicely into a bag for me. I didn’t even remember the full color of my leather until setting it. I literally opened the door and said wow! It is a lot of money but it was well worth it. Already scheduled our other car too get done as well as we’re so pleased.
