6 months agoI have been going here for a couple of years and was pleasantly surprised. However, the last 2 washes have been awful! For $30, I don’t expect perfection, however, I do expect to not have to return home to clean my vehicle I just had washed. The black pieces by my windows, they used some product that I cannot get off. I do not ever use armor all or any of the such. My vehicle is a 2019, very well cared for and only 20,000 miles. The inside of vehicle was somewhat vacuumed, the NAV screen & dash had dust, and the interior console area was not touched either time. Right before calling that my vehicle was done, the lady went around and was I using window cleaner on my vehicle surfaces for areas she noticed, although I guess she gave up as you can see what remains. I will be searching for another car wash and will recommend to others I encounter on a daily basis to not use this place. They would do just as well if they sprayed water from a hose and used a dirty rag to semi wipe it down. Very disappointed.in the last weekAlabama is soooo amazing. She’s extremely professional, very nice, and always go above and beyond for us. My family and I have been coming to sunshine for years and she has always been the same. She has such a sweet spirit, loves and take what she does very serious. Thank you Alabama so much. I felt in my hear that I needed to give you this review because you have always been the exact same person for years with your customer service and it honestly doesn’t go unnoticed. I live in Clearwater & continue to use Sunshine Car Wash as my go to for auto cleaning. Every single time I go I am greeted by Alabama. Over the repeated visits I make month after month I have become quite comfortable with pulling in for service & seeing her and her crew. I’m always pleased with the results of the service as well as the friendly & inviting attitude by this establishment. I will continue to use Sunshine Car Wash & would encourage anyone to go see Alabama for your auto washing & detailing needs. 5 stars!6 months agoThis was my first time ever having my car detailed. They upcharged me to the $35 car wash that took 40 minutes and it was fine… not stellar -just fine. As I was going to leave I realized my wiper blade was missing. I told the attendant and they went in search of it. It was less than a month old, perfect condition, never had an issue before. Nothing. Couldn’t find it and basically just told me they would install a new one if I brought it back in. The female attendant who did nothing on my car told me to be sure in the future my wipers were turned off (which they were so was she saying I WAS THE REASON my car now had only one wiper?) and that was all that was said, they just walked away. No offer to replace the blade (pretty sure they sell them inside) or offer me a discount on another service to offset my $ or time to replace what they damaged on my vehicle… Crickets. Never will I use this facility again. Just poor customer service and all about the $$$$a week agoJust got home from my car being washed to find my passenger side rear door wasn’t closed after they vacuumed prior to the wash! Thanks for totally soaking my seat and the inside of my door which includes my speakers. Just spent the last hour drying it. 1 star to the staff at least smiling. I won’t be back 😡a week agoI love this careash but the cashier lady is rude to me, never smiling and always throwing your receipt in the counter but I handed you the receipt. I worked retail for years and that is very rude if I hand you something give me the same courtesy. The other people are nice.

Love this car wash. They even have a free bug station to remove those nasty bugs from the front bumper. Love that they provide towels to dry the outside of your car. Brett came to help me wipe down my car, He was so friendly . Love their membership deals, saves you alot of money monthly for washing your car!
I was skeptical when mod wash purchased the old car wash on west bay… since the re model I am in love! The facility offers an amazing car wash, powerful vacuums, pressured air to get dirt and leaves out of nooks and crannies, and window cleaner. My truck looks amazing and I am super happy! The staff was sensational as well! Christian was very accommodating and helped me get everything I needed during my visit! Plus their air fresheners are the best!!
Always clean area to clean my car and I feel as safe as possible to do so without fear of anything going wrong. My family enjoys taking the few minutes to go thru the car wash and just watch out the windows as it gets washed down.
This car wash is amazing. We come here very often due to reclaimed water sprinklers and the service is OUTSTANDING!! This company has amazing people working for them. Brett and Christian are always a huge help when needing to dry off my car or just smiles all around when you go into Mod Wash! Great place to bring your car!
