My car was so well cleaned on the outside that I had to stop and vacuum the inside! Always see them cleaning, walking around with clean dry towels to switch out. Directing the flow of traffic when busy. Even when it’s 15 vehicle it never seem to take as long as you would think. Definitely a great vehicle wash location.a month agoI went back after trying another large chain car wash. Prices are competitive but they have a much better wash setup. The free vacuums are superior to other places also. They have a crevice vacuum at all stations. Their tire shine sprays a little glossier and their wax seems a bit shinier. They give a free air freshener with the wash also. I wish they had more locations.a month agoI just go for the vacuums which are the best in the land. This particular location has a gentleman who is just the most customer service oriented, always pleasant. I’m going to find out his name. Much appreciation for taking a vacant building at 5133 Pearl Rd in Old Brooklyn and creating your super neat Rainforest Car Wash in its place! I always chose your Rainforest Car Wash on 303/Center in Brunswick. Always said they were top notch employers and employees. Many thanks for many reasons!a week agoGreat Carwash, but some of the staff could do a better job guiding your car into the wash. I’ve been directed several times to cut my wheel one direction or another resulting in a significant jolt to my tires. These rails are fairly harmless but have the potential to pinch large chunks of tire rubber off. Tonight a guy ran out a few minutes after I was parked at the entrance, waved me in and literally wasn’t even watching me and my tire rubbed pretty hard. Wash was thorough and they got all the crud off my car and they didn’t scratch the paint. Soap even smelled good. I recommend this place, it’s pretty cool4 weeks agoOn September 3rd, 2023 at 11:00a.m., I went through the car wash. I want to give kudos to the young lady working the credit card kiosk. She was professional, efficient, personable, patient, and the establishment should consider themselves lucky to have someone like her on their team representing the business! I only wish I had gotten her name. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the car wash left the entire back of my vehicle soapy and wet.

Nice winter spot with indoor + outdoor vacuum cleaners.
Couldn’t get this sticky stuff off of my car, so looks like I’m going to have to wash by hand anyway. Doesn’t get it shiny like you can with hand wash but if your car is really really dirty/muddy, this is nice to do for a quick rinse.
Salty car in the winter? This is nice. And then you can vacuum with space in an indoor setting. Just don’t go when it’s super busy!
Would give 3 stars for half-*** clean. But the indoor vacuum option is nice. Saved the review. Lol

I love this car wash especially the ability to go inside in the winter to Keep my car clean. I drive for a living so my car is used a lot. My only complaint is the last four times I was there 3 times the vacuum on one side did not work or barely worked. and I went to three different bays. I may be a evening check up, went to prevent this issue? Thank you.
It’s nice to get the unlimited wash deal but you get what you pay for. It’s not the cleanest wash and they make you put a sticker on your windshield. I am NOT happy about that, I don’t drive a Bentley but I still don’t want stickers on it. If there were an option to go somewhere else nearby with a monthly sub that did not require a sticker I’d use it. Maybe I should open one.
I tried this place out because they mailed a coupon for a free wash. It said I could choose between the wax wash or the one with tire shine. I wanted the wax one. I scan the coupon and it showed up as $2, which I was fine with paying, but the employee said something about how the wax option was only available at their full service locations…? The tire shine did a bad job, covering maybe 20% of the tire (see photos). There were spots on my hood that the wash did not remove; I didn’t notice until I got home or I would have asked for a rewash. The vacuums and carpet mat cleaner were convenient. Overall, not something that I would pay $16 for.
