4 months agoI am shocked at the cost! $11 for a basic wash AND you have to pay more for vacuum! At home (Louisiana and Texas) $6 – $10 for a basic wash and FREE VACUUM 😭 aaaand the crew members aren’t allowed to wear shorts! Imagine, in this heat…. 🫠 They get three stars bc of the friendly service. ✌️2 weeks agoThe washes are of great quality and leaves my truck and wheels with a superb clean look. I’ve been to many drive thru car washes but this one is by far the best and the price is great. And there’s hardly not much of a wait time even when they’re packed.5 years ago*OVERVIEW* I rate Crew Carwash a 3 overall. The drive through wash gets your car pretty clean in less than two minutes (not including any wait you may have in a line of cars before you enter the wash tunnel). I did not give a 5-star rating because their vacuums are poor quality, and the reps often hold you up with a sales pitch for membership when that option is clearly communicated on signage throughout the pre-wash area. SERVICE: Five stars for their service. Everyone is always courteous. Also, if there are still bugs or other missed spots on your vehicle, they will allow you to go back through the wash once more without an additional charge.
QUALITY: The quality of the car wash is as good as it gets for a mechanized wash. The only way your car would be cleaner is with a detailed hand wash. Plus, the wash is fast at less than two minutes from entry to exit, even if you are getting their most extensive wash, the Ultimate, which costs $20.
If you care about cleaning the inside of your vehicle as well as the outside, Crew Carwash is not a good option.
In the self-service stations outside of the wash tunnel, they do not sell or vend car cleaning supplies so you would need to bring your own.
Their vacuums ($2 for eight minutes) run for a long time even if you are moving at only a moderate pace, and there is one for both sides of the vehicle so you don’t have to try to stretch across seats. However, the vacuums are POOR quality. The suction is stronger on some of than others but none of them suction powerfully enough to get all the salt and debris out of your carpets. 😩
If you want a good, quick car wash that leaves your vehicle clean and sufficiently shiny, go to Crew. If you want your car fresh-off-the-lot shiny and clean on the inside, too, go somewhere else.

2 months agoI’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, however, the car wash is very basic. Gets the job done, and I’ve noticed the workers are now pre-cleaning the cars with brushes before the actual wash starts. So that helps. The vacuums have no suction power, so it takes longer than needed to go over the same area repeatedly. Also, please honor the hours. I don’t even bother trying to go if it’s after 5:30-6p because I know they’ll be closed, even though closing time is stated as 7p.6 months agoGreat car wash. Very reasonably priced. Does a great job. I opted for the monthly package. But it seems like a majority of the time i go around 5-530 pm they’re closed for the day even tho there hours say 7pm on the sign. Very poor experience here and done recommend going here. Went and asked for the manager about the towels, and she was very snotty and rude . If people would stop stealing them, they would be out there. Also, I had to park in the main aisle due to the employees’ parking up front and in the vacuum lot blocking vacuum spots and to make matters worse they part in the handicapped parking spot. This is very rude. We will not be going back here ever

Company does not support their customers when machines cause damage to a vehicle, manager at the Broadway crown point location needs to be retrained in customer service and learn how to speak to people without being sarcastic and text book answers. Not a decent wash either car was still dirty. I canceled my subscription with more information then it took to stat it and they still wanted more Information I will never use this car wash again

Bought the $10 wash,,, parked in lot to dry it, frt window under wipers was filthy, my chrome grill and bumper still full of dirt like never was touched and my rear bumper sides were the same..my chrome rims never got washed, didn’t want wheel Brite or tire shine but at least get dirt off rims!!!!! NEVER BE BACK! cedar lake BP does 100% better for $5 cheap bucks! Your quality has gone down since last time I was there, change name to dirty birdies!
