2 months agoThey were able to get me in with an hour and a half notice! Their waiting room was fantastic and it was great to be able to watch Netflix while you wait! They also had beverages like water, soda and coffee and a few snacks. My car came out looking fantastic inside and out and it looked pretty much brand new! They did an amazing job and I will be sending everyone I know to them! Thanks again team!!3 months agoCarlos did a great job. I got the full detail which includes engine cleaning. Carlos completed the job in 3 hours and the price was incredibly reasonable. I actually think they could raise their prices given how great a job they did.in the last weekI took my 2017 Subaru Forester in for a deep clean/interior detail this week and Carlos and the team at Mr. Wash did a phenomenal job. It is literally like-new inside when I got it back, they even removed all the seats and got into all the challenging nooks and crannies. It was pretty much covered in dog hair and they got it ALL out. The leather upholstery is all totally wiped and sparkling, floor mats all cleaned, even did the glove compartment and holder in between the 2 front seats which I hadn’t anticipated, they removed all my stuff and cleaned those areas, too. My car looks cleaner than it did when we bought it from the dealership. They removed every piece of pitbull fur (which was A LOT) from the inside and even cleaned the engine. Good place for car wash. This place has multiple car wash option,
1. Self – 3 bays. For vehicles below 7ft
2. Self – 1bay. Outside for vehicles above 7ft
3. Touch less wash
4. Soft touch wash
Air filling station, vacuum stations, and place to park your car and cloth wipe.
Instructions are clear for self wash. Bays are clean and neat. No stagnant water.
The bay I went triple foam did not work other than that everything seemed working. As a general note, regardless of what wash you do, spend some time to cloth wipe your car to make it look shiny and clean.
The entrance faces northwest. Clear visible sign at entrance.
I will return and recommend this place.
No problems and I liked the fact that I could use my credit card, which I’m sure carries some obscene charge for using but oh well, which made it much easier rather than using quarters. Also the fact that it is a 4 minute drive from my home helps. I only used the hand wash bit so I can’t speak for the automatic wash but I’m glad a do it yourself spot still exsist close to me as they are becoming exceedingly rare.
I used the soft touch car wash and spent 14. Not only did it now clean it but it left a green solution on it and sticky solution that did not rinse off. My car is new no scratches and very little dirt to start with but it didn’t get anything clean. Now I have to pay for someone to get the residue off it. Also the dryers did not dry the vehicle. I called and left a voice message to get my money back. That was my first time using this place and sadly will be the last
Usually love going here once a week but sometimes it’s a hit or miss with the touchless during the drying stage. During the drying stage, usually you have to wait until the foam and water jets die down otherwise your car gets sprinkled with it during the drying stage.
Yesterday though it was closed so I used the self wash on bay 1 and the triple foam didn’t work at all so I was left with even a more dirtier car.
Pretty good vacuums. They have two options for the motor on the vacuums. Its either $1.50 or $2.00 for the vacuum depending on motor choice, but thats atleast 5 minutes. Been going here for years. Multiple bays for self wash. One touch free wash and one soft touch. The automatic washes have the oportunity to play a game to win a free wash before your wash starts. It works and I have gotten washes for free from this. Its no extra cost. The lights in the wash are a nice touch. Great customer service. They are responsive if you run into any issues for any reason. Definetly recomend.
