Always doing a great job and going above and beyond expectations.in the last weekbest car wash in wood dale! (and in general the whole area). the pricing is really affordable and they don’t miss a single spot. and you get a free air freshener with the interior detailing menu 🙂2 weeks agoVIP is the best!!! I have been going here for 15 years and will be coming for forever! The guys here do a great job with interior detailing, it’s incredible. This last time my car was a disaster after a fast food nightmare exploded in my car and they got it spotless looking brand new! I can’t thank them enough! 3 months agoGreat self service options (bug wash and vacuums) and a good wash. Tire shine only shines part of the tire. The back of our SUV still has dust/pollen on it. The rest of the vehicle looks great.They have large brushes and soap available for bug removal before you pull up to the gate to pay. Vacuum stations were great.
What I like best: very few water spots on vehicle after the wash compared to every other car wash I’ve used.
2 months agoI was a former member and came back because they send me a birthday coupon. Okay, I’ll try it again. Long and behold they messed up my car. I came back from the car wash w my passenger mirror bent backwards , which it has never done before , just forward. Anyways, I went to put it back and noticed new scratching across the mirror. I pulled in and asked for the manager, he looked at the damage and said let me look at my cameras , then comes back saying his cameras don’t work. Interesting. But how convenient. He said “have a nice day”. Won’t be back. Going to Tommy’s across the street or anywhere else.2 months agoI chose the $15 car wash which is their second most expensive option. It didn’t clean my car completely; there were multiple large dirty spots remaining on the hood, bumper, etc. That was disappointing.That said, I loved the vacuum station. Easy to use and very strong suction with lots of open spots.
a week agoThe best Car wash I have taken my car through. Great Vacuums. The even have a bug wash station.6 months agoBeen a member for over a year. They are very convenient to where I live and I’ve never had an issue with them. Had to transfer membership to a new car and the employee was super fast and helpful. Had a new sticker within 2mins. Try not to transfer a sticker during busy times. The lines get long but do move fairly fast.

I love this place for one main reason, the way they do my wheels. My car comes out looking showroom ready. I come here in the winter to get the under carriage wash and remove all the salt off my car but to be able to keep it looking like I just drive it off the showroom floor every day is awesome. I bought the $20/month and I get the $12 wash which I am able to get once a day 7 days a week. It pays off to get this with our weather. I work in outside sales so keeping my car clean is really important to me when I pull up to a customer. This place is immaculate and moves right along even when it looks super busy it’s pretty quick.
Usually i never have anything to say about this place at all, the services they offer are a good price and perform well…most times… but i took my car here for one of the pretty high up washes not too long ago, the wash wash not busy at all maybe had a few cars (3-5) in front of me when i went through, but i came out of the wash with rock indents all in my windshield, definitely noticeable especially the driver side, scratches on my bumper, trunk, hood and a scrape that looks like the brushes in the wash rubbed extremely rough upon the corner of my bumper… extremely disappointed.. . by all means if this wash works well for you, continue but just be aware!
but sadly in my unfortunate experience i won’t be using this location again.
Nice car wash but just had a Huge price increase! Almost 40%…definitely rethink how many trips I make to this wash. Mid grade wash wet from $7 to $10!
Also, constantly have gift card problems, last 3 trips it can’t read them. … So why have them.
I have been calling the phone number repeatedly as I was had signed up for the $10 monthly membership and was recently charged $30. Their efforts to rectify show little regard for repeat business. Still aiming to cancel my membership and will be hesitant to come back in coming months.
This place is a good place you get
a good car wash however, there’s issues I believe with the brushes are on your car and they leave behind a lot of soap and are so rough you can feel the car moving. however the monthly plan is a big bargain. I sometimes get 20 classes in a month and I think it’s a good value I just don’t think the quality of the wash that great but it’s worth four stars.
