a month agoAs you can see From the photo I paid over $58 for this car wash. There is still soap scum that was drifting and dried on the outside of my car, and my car was still dirty. When the car initially got to the car wash, they only did an exterior wash and did not clean the inside because they didn’t notice that I had gotten. The inside service which includes the carpets. Being vacuumed and the Matt’s being washed. This was honestly dreadful. I spent 45 minutes at this car wash on my lunch break, this is totally unacceptable. I’ve been here twice before. And although they don’t do the best job. It has never been this bad. I’m so disappointed.a month agoThe worst car wash. Paid 30 dollars for a full dervish wash and left my rims filthy. They didn’t even care to wipe and properly clean rims. Left with a dirty vehicle had to return to get properly cleaned. I don’t recommend. The picture below is after the car wash. 4 months agoI got the most expensive option, “the works”. The inside of car was not vacuumed well at all. The wheelwells were filthy, didn’t even look like any water hit on them. The rear window was very dirty. They do a terrible job of “drying” vehicles. The drying cloths are always wet when they start, and they leave parts of the car dripping with water, leaving streaks. I need to find a new place because this place is awful. It used to be much better when it was Magnotta’s.3 months agoAvoid this place at all cost. After a car wash I got home only to realize that the entire side of my car was scratched and scuffed. This place does not change any of the equipment. a month agoI had a membership which was like 60 something a month but they wouldn’t wipe down the inside so I canceled that today I spent over $60 on the full full wash and there was a spot on the car that didn’t come out through the wash and they wouldn’t clean it off, so I’m gonna have to go home and clean it myself zero customer service. They don’t stand behind their product. Don’t waste your money.

Love this car wash. Great quality and 48-hour policy for exterior. The manager is super friendly and always helpful. He knows me because I call him to see if it’s busy. This car wash is convenient and has nightly specials too.
I pay 28 dollars and my car is not even clean the worst car wash ever
Update: Juan and his team, made everything right and cleaned the truck again and redid the hand wash. I appreciate that they stood behind their work. This gesture is most appreciated and I will continue bringing my truck to their car wash.
Not many places are willing to fix situations when they go wrong. Oakley’s, exceeded my expectations.

Disappointed that I spent $70 on the Blue Coral treatment and when I got home I see they put so much tire shine on my tires all that product sprayed both sides of my truck pretty bad. The tire shine is sticky and stains the paint. There goes the blue coral….
You have to either train the detailers to put less tire shine or find a different product because the end result is that when you drive off the car will get smeared on that and it’s wasted money. You outta know better you’re in the car detailing business.

I NEVER write reviews, but I had to in this case because the service was straight up poor. If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I first arrived at the carwash I told the employee that approached me that I needed the inside and outside of the vehicle cleaned. Although I arrived to Oakley’s before 6pm- the employee told me that even though it was close to 6pm (and apparently the car wash doesn’t wash the inside of vehicles after 6pm- go figure) that he would still extend the courtesy and clean the inside. The money was paid and I left the vehicle in the care of the employees to clean. I noticed when my car was “finished” that the car inside looked just as dirty as when it came in. I approached manager Juan (who was very rude and unprofessional) and upon the explanation of the situation he was annoyed at me for complaining and told me that they do not clean the interior after 6pm- again I explained what the previous employee told me. Instead of “manager” Juan just rectifying the situation, he proceeds to go and find the employee who told me this and talk about the issue, and in a manner in which he was annoyed for even having to do that. The other employee turned out to be another manager by the name of Antonio, and he didn’t make the situation better, chucked it up to a “miscommunication” and again- 2nd chance to rectify the problem and didn’t instead told me to come back another day and pay the difference to get the inside of my vehicle detailed. So $30 + $8 tip for a car that still looks dirty on the outside, and the inside. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!! Wash and clean your own car if this is the only carwash option you have in area- trust me you’ll thank me for saving you $$.
I’m only giving 2 stars because the workers were nice but honestly I got the worst car wash ever coming here for the first time. There were streaks all over my car, I had to actually tell the workers that after the car wash there were still spots all over. I paid $30 for a car wash and the inside wasn’t even wiped down and the edge where you open the door had dirt all over still. Never again !
