a year agoI paid $35 dollars and my truck still has dirt on the outside. My windows look like they haven’t been touched. I am very unhappy about my first experience here.5 months agoIt’s hard to get a really good quality wash here. This is my 3rd try. I’ve paid $60 (incl $10 tip) each time. It’s always pretty clean, but without much attention to the details. I always find places they didn’t touch. Interior mostly, but exterior too. It’s close to my office and I keep wishing they’d get better at it, but I’m afraid I’ve lost hope. Even got the manager involved and it still didn’t help. They only cleaned half my windshield. There is bug juice all over the front including mirrors…needless to say they only did a partial vacuum job…wasn’t on it longer than 10 mins…..I work hard for my money it’s sad

My only concern with this car wash is I’ve been through there a couple times and I seem to have traces of soap on my vehicles after completing the wash. Other than that it does a really good job and they have really friendly people working there with great attitudes.a month agoGot a coupon for a free car wash on my birthday from Blue Rain. I used it today. I was given Blue Rain’s best wash. My car looked like it had been hand washed and detailed. It took me 30 minutes at the wash and vacuum. It would have taken me 2 hours to produce the same results doing it at home by hand. Very pleased with the results that I got at Blue Rain.in the last weekNormally this business is forthcoming with issues but you guys failed this past weekend. I would have returned another day if I was told BEFORE going through the wash.5 months agoThe car wash on Highway 119 and 280 is very convenient to where I live but they do not have the option of washing your wheels and tires before entering the tunnel. So I have to go all the way across town to valleydale Road and Highway 31 to get a good car wash. This would not be a problem if blue rain would figure out a way to clean your wheels on the drive-through. It does a poor job of cleaning wheels. At some point, I will probably discontinue using blue rain if they do not provide an option at the Highway 119 and 280 car wash for cleaning tires and wheels before entering the tunnel.2 months agoI love the fact that they have the pre wash and air for tires, but I have the worst luck getting there with their hours.I can’t reply, so I edited – The store in Pelham must not be abiding by the posted hours because the 3 times that I tried to go early in the morning – they had cones out and I could not get in and yes, it was after 7.

My 2012 Ford Explorer got stuck in the drying process inside the car wash itself. While I was stuck the strong winds from the drier pried loose a piece of molding from my windshield and ripped it off. I then put my SUV in drive to exit the car wash because the automated track was not allowing me to exit the wash, so I had to drive out on my own. After retrieving the piece of molding from inside the car wash, I then approached an employee who directed me to the manager of the establishment, Mr. Alex Stringer. Mr. Stringer then began to ask me for information beyond the basic contact information to adequately make an attempt to repair my vehicle. After I refused to give him this information, he then went and locked himself in his office and basically told me to take a hike and to call cooperate. I then asked him for the number to corporate, to which he replied (from behind the locked door) to look it up online. I have since called corporate, gotten no response, while my car is still damaged and not repaired. I can only hope that this damage doesn’t happen to anyone else.
First time at this wash and from what I understand the new manager, James, has done a wonderful job fixing this place up! I had a great experience; the wash cleaned my car great & the site itself was clean as well! The manager is very kind & takes pride in this site. Highly recommend!
We live in a Condo without garage so our Lexus is outside in the weather. I love this car wash. It’s right down the street and always does an excellent wash! I am a member and I get a car wash just about every time I run errands!!! The staff is very friendly too!
Excellent experience. Got the unlimited car washes and have been 3 times so far. Had a few problems figuring out some of the settings on my car as it was new. They were so helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions. The interior and exterior supplies ( towels and cleaning products were well supplied and easy to access. !
Nice people. Easy in and out and the best water pressure and rollers around. I feel my vehicle is clean and not beat up. I also appreciate doing my own dry off. I’m mech better than most of the services at other stations.
