The back of my car was not washed properly and even though I bought a “Volcano” wash (the best one there is) it didn’t do tire dressing and there was still soap lingering. I would not recommend it.a year agoMy mother went to this horrible business and the wash was reallly rough. Aside from it leaving water spots all over it resulted there faulty system actually broke the passenger mirror . When she noticed one of there employees fetched it from inside the car wash. She spoke with a manager and all she can say is they are not responsible for it even if there car wash caused it. Did not even offer a refund. Horrible service horrible car wash.2 months agoPlease stay away from this establishment if you’re pressed for time and can’t dry your own car to observe the damage. The car is not even completely cleaned there was still areas where the car was dirty. THERE WAS ALSO SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE CAR, THE SHINE AND GLOSS WAS REMOVED ON SOME AREAS AS WELL!!!!2 months agoIt’s always fast to get in and to get out at this location. You can’t beat 18 bucks a month for unlimited car washes.

2 weeks agoBeware of this car wash. I came in for a quick wash and expressed this to the person writing up my ticket. I was more concerned with a good vacuum and a simple exterior wash. He wrote up my ticket and unfortunately I didn’t think to look it over until about 10 min later, when I went to pay. The cashier said it was $99 which was beyond shocking and I was very confused. I made my way to the same person who took my initial order and expressed my concern. He said that would then be $30 for a more simple wash and he couldn’t promise me a thorough vacuuming. He whistled something to the workers already cleaning my car. So when i went to retrieve my vehicle , after tipping and paying, I realized they didn’t vacuum under either seat. There was visible food and junk left there. Almost as if on purpose. And unbeknownst to me, a large cup of change that previously stood in the door of the backseat, was now inexplicably set in the middle of the backseat floor. So as soon as I hit the gas to leave, all of the coins spilled onto the floor. So beware and DO NOT give your business to these people. I felt swindled out of the $40 I ended up paying and had to vacuum under my seats and pick up countless coins. Red Carpet is a drive I’m willing to take from now on.a month agoI just had my car detailed inside & out along with a dent removal by Joe at the same location. The results were excellent. I couldn’t even tell where the dent was. The detail was amazing. I felt like I was driving my car like new again. Joe was friendly & professional keeping me updated about the car throughout the day. I’ve used Red Carpet over the years for the car wash but this was the first time for the detail & dent removal. 8 months agoThe BEST car wash in all of LA! I have been coming here for years and they are experts in wash, wax and even dent removal. Jose is outstanding and always a real class act. Rick runs the show superbly. They really are the best!a year agoIf I could give less stars I would. I paid $50 essentially for them to spray it down with water and dry it. They left soap on it and didn’t even clean the mats inside. It’s a brand new car and I thought I’d treat it right with a nice wash. I was very very wrong. There are stains all over the paint they missed or didn’t dry off. For a car wash that expensive you’d think they’d actually do something more than just put it through the automatic was and dry it. I was wondering how they finished my car in 10 minutes, now I know why. Not going back there again.

It’s the most interestingly designed Carwash , close to the Lax airport it’s a good welcome to anyone who has come to California. As for the wash it’s marginally pricey but the quality is good, see the uploaded video.

Honestly, I was really impressed with the service and the logistics of this place
I encountered many friendly and tactful employees here. My visit was seven dollars for a car wash and free vacuum.
In conclusion, I would totally go back here for washing my EV. It would be nice to say hello again to all the whimsical sculptures that were placed throughout this lot for the car wash.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m very disappointed with my latest experience. I went through the car wash with a fully intact side mirror and their machine knocked it off. Even though the videos clearly show the blue brushes breaking my mirror, the business is refusing to compensate me for repairs. I will not be returning and I do not recommend going if you care about the integrity of your vehicle.

I stumbled upon this charming little gem when I needed to get my car cleaned, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an Express Car Wash in El Segundo. This place truly stands out. Adorned with an array of quirky creatures, it’s a fantastic spot, especially if you have kids in the car. The whimsical animals and characters from movies add a playful touch, ensuring that children will have a blast and eagerly anticipate each visit.
On a personal note, I even snapped a photo with Yoda! However, the main reason I’m awarding this place a well-deserved five stars is their impeccably clean bathrooms. It might sound odd, but the cleanliness of a facility’s restrooms speaks volumes about the overall upkeep. Fortunately, the entire premises were meticulously maintained, from the bathrooms to every nook and cranny. Even the high-powered vacuum machines impressed me – they made quick work of cleaning, sparing me from having to repeat the process endlessly.
I left pleasantly surprised and genuinely satisfied. I will absolutely return to this wonderful establishment in the future
