a month agoI had a lot of questions. I was greeted by Jaime and Alexis. Both very friendly and very knowledgeable on the car wash and different packages. The vacuums worked great. Also loved the fact they provided towels and cleaner for the inside of my car. I will definitely go back. Think I definitely found my new spot. Working in retail myself and going to another location and being met with such kindness and understanding, goes a long way!!! Thanks Zips for taking care of all our needs!!a year agomy vehicle was damaged by the car wash and the manager Stephanie is very rude. She told me and I quote “file an insurance claim cause we’re not fixing it”. The worse customer service experience EVER!! I’ve now tried to contact higher management because this is unacceptable. My brand new vehicle now have minor damage!! the entire car wash stopped and restarted. In the process you could hear and feel the tire shine grinding and gripping on the driver side tires. I canceled my membership immediately3 weeks agoI had the most helpful 2 people one don’t know her name but she assisted me with paying cause machine wouldn’t take my card. Colorful hair and foot boot on. 2nd lady her name was Nikki and she helped me with my vac machine. So nice! Thanks again11 months agoThis is the worst car wash ever. I paid $25 and only 1 vacuum worked (out of 6) I waited 25min for the person in front of me to finishing using it so that I could vacuum out my car. When I asked a worker why they didn’t work he shrugged his shoulders and said he would send someone over but never did. They had no towels to dry even though I paid for the car wash that promised towels. I have never experienced anything like this at a car wash. I suggest that NO ONE COMES HERE. it is a waste of $25

4 months agoRobert and his team gets a customer 5 star review. My wife car was a mess and the team made it look like a brand new car and it is a 2011 very old car WOW. Robert has organized a excellent team to detail your car. My wife of 26 years give a big kiss after I showed her what great job Robert’s Waterway team did to make her car look brand new!in the last weekHad to take my jeep to a different wash to get the areas that this place didn’t touch. Hood, tailgate and lower panals were not clean at all. It’s a black car so it was pretty noticeable on exit. Waste of 20 bucks.3 months agoVery clean and pleasant atmosphere. The place has a gas station. The vehicle goes thru the tunnel and at the end, people take care of more intimate details like shining tires, cleaning car mats ( extra pay service), total drying and polishing dashboard or areas inside the vehicle. They don’t always put the mats back properly, so I point it out to personnel and they fix it. Any areas I may find that need more attention they take care of. Overall, a pleasant experience.4 weeks agoI normally get OK washes from this car wash. It’s quick and convenient. But today they left my car smelling like stinky mop water. The towel they used smelled horrible. 😡3 weeks agoTook my escalade there to get washed before a big trip…. almost nothing inside got wiped down. Paid extra bc I have 3rd row seats. They didn’t even vacuum that row at all feel like i got scammed there. They left trash in the middle of car saying they didn’t know if it was trash or not witch was absolutely ridiculous bc it obviously was trash. Maybe 20% got vacuumed ,Just a bunch of lazy people doing lazy work. Never again will I pay them $70 to wash my vehicles. My recommendation is please go spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they care. It was a complete joke!

I took my car thru the car wash and it was almost as dirty as before. I paid for the $15 wash. I went back because the ticket had a clean car guarantee. No improvement. The attendant was extremely courteous and tried to help. Went through a third time only slightly better. I guess I could have saved $15 dollars and washed it myself. I’m going to have to anyway. Attendant gets 5 stars but the car wash itself gets 0 stars. I expected a cleaner car for $15.
I don’t usually leave reviews but after this experience I HAD to. I was service my a young lady named “ MARIE” I just want to say she definitely deserves a raise or promotion. It’s hard to find GOOD customer service. She helped me and answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable , I will definitely be coming back and would refer this location to anyone. I’m disabled so places usually are rude when I ask for assistance or just have questions but she truly went above and beyond!!! 5 ⭐️
This place has gone downhill badly and the price has gone up by $7 over the last year. The floormat cleaning machines are all ‘out of order’ – $12 basic wash without that basic amenity is absurd. The water is obviously not filtered since it leaves nasty water spots on what should be a clean surface.
Do better.
Zips is a ripoff.
Paid for a $18 car wash, machine didn’t print a recipe. I get in and fine out the water jet system wasn’t working on the right side of the wash.
Left the wash to vacuum out my truck. Saw the rights side has soap and dirt on it. Even had streaks where the brushes had missed.
Walked into their office and asked to go through again, was told they couldn’t because I didn’t have a recipe… I explained the machine didn’t provide one even when I requested it… debates for a minute and got a code to go through again.
Same outcome. Left with half a truck clean but they wouldn’t provide a refund… they knew the machine was not providing recipes, they knew the wash was broken and just taking peoples money.
This company is terrible and is stealing money when they know their machines are broken and then use the lack of a receipts when they know they don’t provide them.
Zips don’t respond with a copy and paste response about feedback… give me my money back. Your lack of actual action and standard response proves you don’t actually read or take actions…
Future customers beware the Bridgeton locations as they know machines are broken and still take your money.
Every single time I come to this location there is an issue with something not working, either the wash is down or the tag they gave me for my car doesn’t work. The employees don’t care and the manager is completely useless. They all give you blank stares when you have any issue. It was much better when the location was blue iguana and now service is completely terrible. Been a member 3 years but immediately terminating my membership today.
