3 weeks agoCame here because my car was real dirty from the salt on the outside and the inside needed to be cleaned too. I got the #3 which was $35 since it said they would vacuum, get the door jambs, center console, wipe the seats, and dry with the microfiber towel. They literally didn’t do any of that lol. I hate writing bad reviews but there were like 5-6 people cleaning my car and when they got done in under 10 mins and said it was ready, they were all standing there looking at me as if I needed to give them a tip. I’m glad I didn’t… I just got in my car and drove away because I hate confrontation. Save your money and go somewhere else.3 weeks agoIf you have a dog or kids, this is not the car wash for you. I paid $40 and it honestly didn’t look like they even tried to vacuum. I absolutely acknowledge that dog hair is difficult to remove but I have a little $30 car vacuum from Amazon that removed 90% of it. I would expect their industrial cleaning vacuum and the $40 I spent to do a better job. The outside looked great though. 2/5 stars.4 weeks agoAlex took care of us with Great Customer Service. The two gentlemen that cleaned/waxed/polished the vehicles did an amazing job. I didn’t get their names. My go to car wash in Lake County.3 weeks agoThe quality of wash is getting worse and worse. With a medium SUV they charge $3 extra on top of at minimum $30 wash. The roof, front windshield, and bottom of the doors are barely touched. I don’t mind wiping job of my own after $15 wash, but after spending $33 and tip, doing again? I don’t think so.2 weeks agoIf I could give a zero I would! I brought my mother in laws car in for an interior/exterior was. We told the servicemen it was really dirty (in need of vacuuming and wiping. Nothing more serious). We paid for the top service they offered (nothing else was offered) and paid an extra$5 for bug protection totaling $50. I got the car to get it out of the way and wait for my wife. She looked at the car and asked if they finished. I said yes at which point she points out the interior dash, doors, jam basically nothing was cleaned. It was wiped but with a dry cloth. Not cleaned. The back of the car bumper even had dirt and dust on it questioning if they even used water. It took less than 10 mins to get their top tier service. When we brought this up to the service men we were told if we wanted the inside wiped/ cleaned we should have gotten a detail! WTH!!?? They then chose not to make it right. I wish I would not have tipped them before entering the vehicle because that was an additional$15. So we spent $65 to come home and end up cleaning our car ourselves anyway. I have a feeling the Better Business Bureau needs to hear about their business practices!STAY FARRRR AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING MONEY AWAY!

3 months agoFirst time using Atlas, passed it all my life and decided to give it a try today as I was looking for something more than just a gas station carwash that’s leaves me car wet. I went with the ultimate exterior wash and was talked into the ceramic coat which is almost the same price as the wash, didn’t know that until I got the charges. Oh well, fine. Took about 15 minutes and they hand dried the car and shined the wheels. Awesome. I got in the car and went home. Get out of the car at home and there’s still tons of dead bugs all over the front. Disappointed to say the least. Could’ve done a better job myself. Won’t be back.2 months agoThe quality of cars wash at this location is going bad to worse. I just got my car washed and just reached home. The front of the car has lots of scratches on the hood. They didn’t even bother to properly clean the inside near the gear stick. The front guard was not at all cleaned and still got mud on it. I paid for the VIP ($38) clean and this is what I got in return. I am not going back to this place ever again.5 months agoBy far the worst carwash I have ever been to the money they charged I have gotten way better service for half the pricea year agoThey did a very poor job when it came to cleaning my car most of the stuff at the wash promise to clean in the package that I bought did not come out clean my door jams rims and miscellaneous items on my vehicle were still dirty. And to top it off they somehow managed to scratch up my entire back left fender. There are a total of 6 new scratches from my first visit to them. I know undoubtably I will not be visiting this car wash again the service was awful. I do intend to go back and speak to the owner I have also attached pictures of the scratches end of the areas where they failed. I wouldn’t even give them one star.6 months agoFirst time customer, on the recommendation of a neighbor that has been a customer for years, and definitely will be coming back! All the evidence from winter (grit, salt) is gone, even the recessed door handles are clean

Beware of this location. Attendant who was supposed to guide the car into the automatic carwash did not do their job property and allowed driver side wheel hit their metal guide system and scrape my wheel. I had assumed I had hit the plastic protector and kept driving on to my car show, but once I arrived at the location to finish detailed my car I noticed the damaged and immediately reached out to the location to get this resolved. 1st thing they said it was impossible for it to happen at their location. I proceeded to tell the person that I didn’t not stop anywhere after the wash. They then suggested that I must have hit a curb and I didn’t know what I was talking about. My car is a show car, and I believe I would know what curb rash is and looks like. I have have visited the location twice today and the manager conveniently isn’t here both times. I will be filing a police report for the damage done to my wheel( I also mentioned it would cost $120 to have the wheel repaired) and going to smalls claim court if this issue isn’t resolved quickly. I have attached images of the damage as well as the begining bit of the guide where their is bare metal visible and where the wheel hit.
Monthly package and an express detail. The detailer did a great job, was very aware of where his fingers were at all times making sure not to leave any finger prints or smudges on my vehicle. Very thorough, time consuming but that’s expected for any detailing job if you want it done right. Very Impressed, Very Professional. They also have seats you can sit in and watch them clean which is awesome as well. Highly recommended.
Paid to get a parking sticker removed. The worker there damaged my window tint. Said they would pay for it, once they found out the cost of repair ($300) they refused. Manager said they will not pay for their mistake. They re-attach the parking sticker with the ripped tint to the windshield. Very dishonest people. Will never get my business again.
Roberto and his team are discriminatory. They are racist here. Beware. They ruined my car windows and did not help. They also would not issue a refund or let me go through the wash again. Owners here are not professional.
What the name says, it is. I have purchased the $12/month unlimited basic wash and I couldn’t be happier. There’s never a wait and I’m in and out in 5 minutes. Fast Jack’s indeed!
