7 months agoLOVE LOVE LOVE the service here! it’s always hard to find somewhere that knows how to clean/ detail a car to make it look like new, & they definitely accomplished that!! My car looks flawless and shiny! I almost didn’t want to drive it home so it wouldn’t get dirty! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Ohh and let me not forget, not only are they extremely talented but fast too! My car was done before I knew it!Impeccable service!!

I took my wife’s car here for a full detail and wax, and the car looks and smells like the day we first bought it. They even were able to get out some scuff marks that were driving me crazy. 4 months agoI had recently visited for a full service clean when I received my Car back, and I noticed a large scratch on the center console, which was only after my service at Waterway Car Wash. I was asked to fill out an Incident report, and the manager would contact me Monday or Tuesday.The manager ( Ryan Barns) called me and blamed the scratch on my dog. I have a 120-pound dog. He is too large for the front seat, mind you. He barely fits in the trunk of my SUV. He ignored the fact they have metal snap/buttons on the sleeves of their coats, which I believe caused the scratch.
So now I am left with a large deep scratch in my console, which will cost over 780.00 with Labor and Parts out of my pocket.
Horrible customer service. I will never recommend this company to someone, especially considering how they handle this situation.
a month agoThis place has gone down the tubes. They no longer hand dry your car after an Xpress wash. They claim to have a new “spot free“ drying system but it’s not new at all. It’s the same system. And it doesn’t dry your car and leaves it spotty. They’re just using some marketing jargon as a way to soften the blow for the customers who aren’t getting the towel dry service anymore. They just don’t want to allocate people to express wash towel dry because they need them to do the hand drying for the inside and outside customers. And by not having to hire as many people, they save money. The people who work here are very nice but ownership sucks. Ownership has directed the on the ground team members to try to fleece the express wash customers into believing that this new hands-free drying system is better. “Oh but if you upgrade your membership you can get the towel dry!” give me a break.a year agoI came here during my lunch break and paid $24 for a wash and vacuum. It included them wiping all windows and my whole dashboard. It looked as if they used dirty clothes to wipe my interior as I don’t own a tan colored pet & somehow I had pet fur wiped on my touchscreen. Also, they failed to vacuum my third row therefore it was left the same way. They even failed to wipe the interior of my windshield and passenger side windows. I’d be glad to come again if they are willing to make things right.. Such a shame as it was also my first time trying them out.. I even tipped them $10 on top of the $24 I had paid for this effortless service. Not a satisfied customer..11 months ago$47 before tip. 2015 chevy tahoe Dirty rims Interior wasn’t wiped down. Front grill was covered in bugs. I was told the door needed to be buffed out..I used my finger and it came off. My windshield isn’t clean on the inside. I live in the city and I get unbelievable car washes for HALF the price and great customer service. They rushed me out bc they had a line. This place was a joke.a year agoI paid $36 did interior and Matt’s. I had them open my hatch and wipe the jamb part. Looked good when I left but after noticed around mirror casing still dirty, under door handles, my windshield had streaks all over had to wipe it at gas station. My car was very very dirty covered in salt. I am still happy. Just thought to mention so they know. It’s cold to be working outside with water. And it’s looks alot better. Thanks guys for working in the winter.

I got the full service
Outside and the inside looks great except the doors jams and the are where you can see that it was wasn’t cleaned at all. This is not worth the $45 spent on this
I really really wanted this place to be good because it’s such a nice station, great location and the people are so nice, but the car washes are just disappointing.
I took our SUV there to get cleaned and did the highest level of service and left so disappointed. I called and talked to the manager who was so nice and said that he would mark it down that next time it was complimentary. We took the car there a month or two later and left even more disappointed than the first time (see photos).
I have been a member for years, a gentleman spoke extremely rudely to me when I was going through the speed wash and told me I needed to attach the speed tag to the vehicle, when I said I do not want to advertise for them on my car he asked for the speed tag and then would not return it. I was spoken. To rudely and he couldn’t care about my membership. I asked to speak with the general manager and he said he was it and would meet me at the other end of the wash, he did not. I went in and spoke with a woman who said she was standing in for the general manager. Apparently the other person misrepresented him self. I stood there while the other team member laughed at me while she was indifferent about me canceling my membership.
In the past I was a big supporter of this business but no longer. You want to change policy, fine. Send a notice to your members who have already entered into an agreement with you. I pay for the year in advance and changes like we are no longer going to wipe the exterior of the car or you must advertise for us by having our name and logo on your car are things you may want to communicate. That aside being rude and confiscating a member card?

I have never gotten such service before- the best!! I won’t be going anywhere else but here for my car wash services from now. They really know what the customers want and try their best to accommodate. The location itself is also very clean with very nice waiting area. Strongly recommend!
Complete scam – avoid at all costs. Unless you pay a monthly membership fee you cannot get your interior cleaned or even your car dried. The “wash” is a joke. Literally car is just a dirty as it was and they don’t even do a spray to remove bugs. This place should be shut down. Absolutely do not waste your money or time.
