4 months agoA convenient, quick and inexpensive car wash. Monthly rates are available. Hand drying any left over water is recommended as any water left to air dry will leave residue. The vacuum stations (included in the was price) are very convenient. You may need to use both the vacuum on the right and left of your car. Damp clean towels are provided.5 months agoFrankly I was a little nervous about trying an automated car wash but after doing some research around me, I really liked the presentation of this place. For reference I purchased their “wax and tires” single wash for $22. I drive an old car so I wanted to make sure I got a good experience and I couldn’t have been happier after I exited the wash and pulled into a parking spot to vacuum my car. I was shocked at how little water remained on my car, I only had to use the little microfibers they provide at the vacuum station and before I knew it my car was dried in under 5 minutes. Record time I had my car washed, treated with great solutions and it left my car silky smooth and clean and dried all under about 10-15 minutes. Their vacuums are very powerful and suck up even the most stubborn debris, I highly recommend coming here! For sure I will find myself coming back here, love the special care and how it left my car clean.a month agoI’ve been here a couple times with very satisfactory experiences, mainly for the vacuum! The vacuums are so strong, which is why I keep coming back. It makes vacuuming so much easier and quicker compared to when I use my handheld Dyson at home.$22 for the better car wash and free vacuum is pretty good, although I wish there were more vacuums because they limit you to 15-30 minutes if they are busy and it’s gets crowded. The staff gives you a heads up when it’s time for you to leave (when busy) but they are nice about it.
I have a roof storage box on my other car so I could not go through the car wash with it (I knew that before coming). I only wanted to use the vacuum but I still had to purchase a car wash, thankfully I was able to keep a voucher for later use.
I also love how they have micro fiber cloths and window/disinfectant spray for you to use. While using these, I accidentally locked myself out when I was cleaning the inside of my door. I had touched the lock button without knowing and closed the door while my keys were still inside! I went to the employee office to let them know I needed to book a ride home because I needed my spare keys to open my car but they offered to open the door for me with their tools! I been to many vacuum/car washes before and they aren’t as thoughtful as this place!

I will go to this place again and recommend to my friends.4 weeks agoShouldn’t have trusted the 4.5 star review. The $30 I spent was a waste as it didn’t really clean all that well. Not coming back again for sure. Giving it one star because the staff seems nice and the place looks nice, but automatic car wash are just not very good sorry

2 months agoI love the easiness of car washes such as these but, BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. The last 2 times I’ve been here not 1 of the 5+ towel machine works but it will take your money so be weary. Luckily there was a worker on sight who was able to assist me hence the 4 stars. Accepts credit card. Be wary of the time you spend using the self wash, it can easily add $$ to your card. Don’t forget to press the button on the card swipe at the end to end your session.2 months agoDrove in no idea wand was broken until after I put in my 5 dollars worth in tokens also card scanner would not work on this bay . I would not recommend this place at this time. I even put the sign in front of the bay where the wand was broken, This way know one else would not fall for the same mistake I did.2 weeks agoThis was my first time getting a car washed in the US; and I must say it does save tons of money compared to other places. There are instructions on the wall (the other reviews have it posted) which helps newcomers like me to get acquainted with the process. The only drawback I noticed was that the machine stops working midway if the time goes above a certain limit. I am not sure why does it happen nor what is the threshold. Remember to go at a time when it’s not crowded otherwise you will be stuck behind for some time.3 months agoI liked it. You can pay with your ATM card which makes it easier to wash. You don’t have to play the quarter game or listen for the dreaded one-minute beep. Vacuums are good too.

Full interior and exterior detailing costs a lot of money but it was honestly so worth it. I was driving my car so slow on the way home thinking it was brand new, haha!

This is a great car wash place – so easy to get in and out of here! The only thing is the pressure to get a monthly membership is intense, but for an exterior wash only, it’s ideal. The corner location is convenient so there’s always a line especially during weekends. The store sells a bunch of unique items too, though a bit pricey. All the employees seem so eager and hardworking as well.
Been coming here for years. Great customer service, friendly environment, nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and there Monthly programs are a plus. Come get your car wash here you’ll be glad you did 😎
NEVER TIP IN THE EXPRESS LANE!
I like their summer prices. And I like the fact that they clean my car well including my rims. The drying guys waving is nice too.
But they lose a star because after the first time I wondered about tipping. So I asked the guy as I entered the second time he said oh yeah maybe $5 or $10 sometimes more. I’m like yeah I’m in the express lane and I’m going to tip like that!?!
So anyway I decided to tip a reasonable amount and I started handing them a tip out the door after (not the window, so it doesn’t get watermarks) but there was this one time they weren’t paying attention and as I was waiting with the tip and I had to immediately leave so the car behind me wouldn’t hit me as it was being forced out by the car washing machine behind me. So I decided that tipping them wasn’t worth the risk of being hit by another car!
I don’t think they expect it from most people in the express lane. I guess, I really don’t know. But I’m not taking a chance anymore.
But overall I like the place! 😁
I had a terrible experience at this car wash. Not only did they crack my windshield, but they also refused to take responsibility for it. They blamed it on a supposed rock chip and cold water, completely ignoring the fact that it was their tumblers that hit my car aggressively. They didn’t even bother to inquire about what happened and instead assumed it was a pre-existing issue. Their lack of accountability and refusal to assist me in any way was disappointing. If you value your car, I strongly advise against going to this establishment.
