a month agoHi, I drive around looking for the best experience of a car wash. Through not only the wash, wash quality, but also customer service. It was my first time going to Tommys Express Car Wash. The was itself I must say is great quality. However, the customer service wasn’t very polite. The women’s name was Melissa and she was just very rude and persistent on me just coming back another time to ask about the works wash and not wanting to help me set up at the window. I was asking for more information on the wash itself and she shrugged each products description off instead of breaking down what was what so I can get a better idea. There was no confidence in the product. Then suggested I just get a lower valued wash so she would not have to go out her way to help me set up a membership at the window. I thought it was very rude and very misleading. Although I still got the wash because I want nothing but top quality for my car, I feel I needed to be more attended as a customer with customer needs. I still haven’t been able to set up the membership. I think there will just need to be a bit of adjusting at the window.a month agoWasn’t pleased with this location. 24$ for 1 wash. Bumper was not clean at all! We vacuumed the car and went to go back through. The person at the window was different and gave us attitude saying we had to be members to go back through. You have a sign in your car wash that says if you’re not satisfied to let you know and so we did. And then treated poorly for it. Went through again, and still alot of bugs on the bumper. For 24$, not satisfied. We don’t have these issues at our Michigan locations. We were just here on vacation, thankfully.a year agoWe went here to get a car wash after seen that it has good reviews. We choose #2 for $17. First problem was the lowering arm wasn’t even going up to let us go. Then we had to wait a couple of min till someone did anything. The car wash was super fast, and the car wasn’t even good clean or dried. My honest opinion is that we will not have our car wash here again. Is not worth the money.a year agoAvoid. My car came out dirtier than when I went in. I stopped in on a Friday night and every vacuum bay was either occupied or closed and because of this my vehicle dried before I was able to dry it myself so now I have water stains all over but these pictures show you how dirty to expect your car. Guess I’ll just stick to mobile detailing and ProntoWash.6 months agoWasn’t satisfied with the wash. The equipment and actual carwash looks good but I think the soaps and chemicals they use are low quality. That’s my opinion. Won’t be going back.

9 months agoI seriously love this place. I feel like you get so much out of the works wash. I also think this is as close as you can get to detailing without paying $100 for it. Highly highly highly recommend Prestige for a deep cleaning on your car! Staff is so great, I feel like they really take care of your car and pay attention to detail. will always be recommending this place and coming back here!!in the last weekI’m not one to ever leave reviews, but they deserve it! I went to get my car cleaned inside out, clearly it was a quick we don’t have to do much job because i had to wipe my down my interior myself…. I’ve worked at a wash and this would be frowned along by my boss. Not coming back. $45 for what ?update : 🚨 i was told they do not clean steering wheels 🚨 i don’t understand it but if you’re like me and want everything in your car clean then look else where
they took my car back and detailed it one more time , i instantly saw a difference once i opened the door i appreciate that although first impressions are everything and i still will not come back
4 months agoThis place is a joke. Please save your money. I paid for the car wash “The Works” and they did the sorriest job EVER. I never been so dissatisfied with a car wash. No air freshener? They didn’t clean my cup holders. My door still had stains. Slow service, horrible results. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. If I knew this is how bad of a job they would’ve done I would’ve waited to get a car wash until I returned back to Arizona. So much for getting my car shipped7 months agoIt was recommended to me to come here and get “the works” package.. It was a nice surprise when the guy asked what I was really in need of and i mentioned mostly vacuum and the cracks cleaned out.. and for the back seats to be washed if anything. he was honest & said the works package was really for leather seats and it would be an up charge for mine. So I decided to go with the package just below that. I specifically removed everything from my car in hopes they would clean all the cracks… and I even saw them with an air pressure hose blowing out the insides of another car, so I thought great.. that’s just what I need. I rolled in without an appointment.. overall I probably waited an hour or so, not bad and I thought they must be doing a good clean on the inside. However, unfortunately the outside of my car was cleaner than the inside. It barely looked vacuumed (some not at all) and some surface areas/cracks didn’t looked wiped or blown. They were kind enough to go back in and touch it up again. It’s a good price but for the time spent, I probably would just skip the package next time and just vacuum the inside myself. The real deal was getting my oil changed… so I will probably keep going back to them for that at least. the overall cost I paid for both services today was still less than what I normally pay for an oil change so I was still very grateful for that! And apparently Wednesday is ladies day so I did get an extra little discount 🙂Edit: changed from 3 to 4 stars… upon arrival the guy pointed out there was a bottom piece hanging below my car (which I was aware of .. just missing a bolt I was never able to find & replace) but they were kind enough to screw it back up for me and I had no idea!! Much appreciated

Quick check in process, friendly staff set me up with the clone time free wash. Vacuums are strong and clean. The parking spaces are large enough so you’re not on top of the person next to you. Definitely signing up for a monthly membership next time.
Customer of 5 years and Unlimited Member for 2.5 years. I’ve never been more happy with a car wash or thought I’d consider myself brand loyal to a car wash. Vacuums are nice, car always gets clean, and it’s very easy to just pull through and my license plate gets scanned automatically. They also have good customer service and good hours.
Best car wash I’ve used in a very long time. The compressed air nozzles, microfiber towels provided and strong vacuums are key to success. Fast and easy and not overly priced you leave absolutely, completely thoroughly clean and shiny! I’m impressed I will definitely be using Bubble down from now on!
They R ALWAYS closed. I have a membership that I pay good money for. They make sure they always take their money, but they are forever closed for several different reasons. The Internet is down, the machine is down, they lost power. Everywhere else has power, but all of a sudden they have lost power. Try to support the new guy, but how can you when they’re forever close.
Don’t need to call Kenny. JUST FIGURE A WAY TO BE OPEN. All car washes have the same technology. They are ALWAYS open. Figure out what they are doing. You also close extremely early. I have come by around 7ish and you are closed. All others are open. If a cloud is 3 miles away you are closed. It’s always a different reason. It’s ridiculous. Your place has so mush potential. I have lost count of how many times I have driven by and your staff is up front giving customers another lame reason why you are closed. I want to give the new guys a shot. You are making it difficult.
It was one of the best car wash experiences I enjoyed in a long time !!! Once you get your desired wash , BTW, there is an attendant there to assist you. You drive to the entrance of a drive thru wash. Easy to maneuver, because it’s self guided and in neutral as you’re relaxing to music. Then, as you exit out, drive around to the side to use vacuums to clean inside your vehicle and detail inside and out of you want to do more to beautify your ride !
