  I decided to give Flash Car Wash another try. I received a free car wash as it was their reopening weekend with all new equipment and building was freshly painted. I like the idea of the new dryer wheel at the end, however I’m sure that had an effect on employees being replaced. The employee that assisted me at check in, was the new manager; she was very pleasant and friendly.

  I did have an issue with the vacuums, as there was no suction. The employee who helped me, knew exactly what the issue was, and I had no issues vacuuming a 2nd time! I do like that the air spray guns were added to the vacuum line.

  The only recommendation I would make, is to provide cleaning supplies and rags to complete the car cleaning task. This was a major inconvenience as I had to go home to do this, which created double work, and more time.

  I greatly appreciated the free car wash, and I will keep you in mind when I have my cleaning supplies with me. I will revisit in the near future, as I want to see the building and grounds completed.

  Would give this place negative if I could…. the guy who guides you in did the opposite. Just stood there. Not even 15 seconds later my tire light went on. When done went to vacuum the car out and noticed something off. My tire was completely flat. Went to put air at the Irving, but can’t because the valve stem is completely snapped in half. Went to tell staff and he said he can’t do anything. He proceeded to call his manager who supposedly is nowhere near. Was told they will look into the matter tomorrow. Poor customer service and lazy employees who can’t even do the simplest of tasks.

  Brought my brand new car to one of their locations for a car wash. The car and all the rims were in mint condition, and the machine destroyed 2 of my rims both on the drivers side. When the machine was pulling my car through it obviously dragged the rims on the metal rails that are there to keep the car in place. The manager took my complaint like a joke completely unwilling to Work with me and then he said “yea we have people say we damaged their rims but it’s not our machine “. He obviously didn’t realize how ridiculous that sounds. He was completely unwilling to do anything or take accountability.

  Got the Super wash for $16…threw the first guy $4 tip. Came out & there was another guy ready to towel dry my car. He did a great job. Pulled over to the FREE vacuums…plenty of bays. double hoses. (one for broad strokes & one for detail work AND a hose with compressed air to blow out the tight spots. They offer a bevy of free cleaning products & clean towels. There was someone emptying the trash constantly. The entire lot was clean & a pleasure to work in. For all of $25 my car is not spotless inside & out!! I WILL be back!!!

  This place ruined the paint on my BMW hood after two consecutive car washes took pictures called the company wrote a complaint to them and they said that their car wash is not capable of doing that now I have to take them to small claims court and they also ruined the paint off one of my friends cars as well and will not claim responsibility

  Professional, courteous, and the fully automatic car wash is the absolute best! It does a much more thorough job than most other car washes and beats the pants off of the platinum car wash (1161 Wolcott St, Waterbury)!! I would highly recommend going with a monthly if you’re going to come here often it will save you quite a bit.

  Got my car washed and decided to do an oil change while I was there and was told I had a leak and needed to get it fixed. One of the guys gave me a card to his cousins shop. I went somewhere else and they told me there was no leak that they didn’t screw the cap on tightly. I will never go back not even for a car wash.

  Update: No I’m not deleting the comment it’s the correct place. There’s literally a picture in your review that has oil change and detail center. And there’s other comments about getting oil changes but you claim you don’t 🙄

  Extremely friendly staff, car is pretty clean after wash. They even have free cleaning supplies for use after the car wash is done.
