2 months agoWell-maintained facility just north of Easy Street/US 2 interchange. I used the self wash bay: Great cleaning options and the options were not watered down – soapy options were really soapy and spray wax was noticably waxy. Cost me about $6 to thoroughly wash and wax my dirty crossover. 5 months agoOne of the worst car washes in town. I keep going back because it’s one of the only options in East Wenatchee. Disappointed every time. Does not matter if you use the automated one or do it by hand. Always an issue and never comes out clean, EVER!in the last weekTore a piece of my car door trim. “Touchless” doesn’t mean nothing can break. Thankfully I heard it tear off and retrieved it.Also, car was left absolutely dirty. Paid for Ultimate (two wash passes) ZERO soap, so the wax sealed in the grime. There was no scent, no foam, nothing. Just water.
3 months agoEverything was nice and tidy being well kept by the employee on shift had no problems getting in or getting out all the equipment was operating absolutely perfect this is definitely my favorite place to go to hand wash my own car6 months agoI had to wash my car the other day and the gentleman who helped me was absolutely amazing. He was very nice and helpful and was was all around awesome. I really wish I would have gotten his name. He deserves recognition for all his help. Thank you so much Sir for all your help. My car was super filthy, so I got the Executive wash. When I came home, I noticed the front and back end of my car were still pretty dirty. My husband called them to ask if I could come back to wash it again. [We paid over $15] The gentleman was super nice and took my name. When I went back he was real cool about it. I appreciate you guys for your amazing customer service. Thank you!
I purchased the “executive” car wash for $14. No vacuuming done, and the attendant told me the vacuums don’t really work. They handed me two wet-wipes to clean my car interior. After the wash, I later found the back of the car streaked with dirt, but worst of all the paint had been scraped off of the back of both rear view mirrors! If you value your car, do NOT use this business!
Wow, I was really surprised by the level of service at this place. Using another PNW company Brown Bear as a comparison for the western folk. Jet Pro goes above and beyond for a wash. Your car is pre cleaned and power washed then dried by hand after going through the washing/drying machines. Plus they have an easy to sign up app which I liked by making the sign up easy for me. Definitely worth the stop if you need a wash.
Ben (the manager) was amazing(!). He was extremely courteous, professional and conscientious about the job his outfit was doing on our car, which was really(!) hurting after a cross country trip, having been massacred by bugs. Came thru the wash the first time and not all the bugs came off; went back to the kiosk and asked if it should have come cleaner. Ben said he would send the car thru again, for FREE & at the SAME level wash we had the first time (the highest level wash). But, before going thru, he said he would personally ensure they got all the bugs off during their prep, even helping to do it himself. I then asked about the brake dust, and he told me that if it’s been on there a while (which it had), it’s really difficult in coming off, BUT then proceeded to tell me he would make sure they got that off, too. Car turned out great. If you see Ben, tell him he’s doing a great job … this business is lucky to have him!! 💯
My wife loves this place. We buy gift cards for friends and family. Highly recommend this place.
