We have been to many super stars since they opened in valley had monthly memberships for all our vehicles! And the Employees and managers at our Merrill ranch superstar are the best, super friendly, professional, helpful, it’s great to see pride in someone’s workmanship in todays society! Literally love this car wash so much. Everybody is so friendly the staff is super helpful to any newcomers! On behalf of me, and all my friends, we love this place and a little shout out goes to my friend Donna that I met at superstar car wash no matter what day I’m having she always make sure to brighten my day, and I leave here with a smile on my face and a clean car every time.
This new car wash is great for me being how close it is. The staff is very friendly and polite. An employee named “Jacob” has helped me nicely every time I’ve had an issue trying to go through the wash. I truly appreciate Jacob and the rest of the team at Super Star for helping me out.

There was a promo for a $10 wash. My wife thought it was for a cause and she happened to be there for an event. What they didn’t tell my wife was that it was for a subscription, not a one time wash.
We tried to situate it and cancel whatever subscription.
Then AGAIN this month we were charged a subscription. So far they’ve taken us for $50 for ONE car wash. We don’t even live in Florence and have to drive all the way there just to talk to management to handle this…again.
Lied to us about the wash, then lied to us about handling/fixing the issue. Seriously, do better. We will be calling tomorrow morning. This is just bad business ethics.
