a month agoI frequently visit the Royal Car Wash on Sheridan and I must say, it is one of the best drive-through car washes in the area. Besides they offer free self-vacuuming with plenty of powerful stalls and that is all inclusive with membership, they also provide a bucket with bug-pretreatment if you wish to self scrub too.. if you forget your drying rags no worries you can borrow rags from them, also. The manager, Chris, is extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed advice on how to maintain that fresh and new look on my car, or about different services he came through. Chris’s expertise make it an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a drive-through car wash. Thank you, Chris, for your help and for maintaining such a fantastic establishment! Reason being is this Royal car wash doesn’t seem to be as aggressive as the other location. On union my side mirrors are always jammed to the opposite direction, due to the mechanical washers. These employees are incredible. Regardless if you get an oil change, tires rotated, wash, or any of the other services offered they are always cheerful and ensure you are completely satisfied before you depart. In this case I had service done by KC and Marissa. No matter how many times I come back, they perform their jobs with efficiency and with great care to my vehicle. I noticed their attention to safety protocols is especially their utmost concern for both employees and customers alike. These employees make you want to come back and see them on your next service, that’s how comfortable I am entrusting my vehicle with them. Ever since this new location opened its the only one I go to. Fast service, a lot of room to get in and out of the facility, and the staff are always very nice. Got my oil changed at delta sonic for the first time, was greeted with a smile by Jacob. Les and Carlos had me in and out. All staff I saw looked happy and in good spirits. The whole experience was well worth the drive out to the West Amherst location.
This is my favorite Delta Sonic location that is still fairly new. I would love to see the company make similar upgrades to already existing locations. I make the drive specifically to stop at this location when I am visiting family instead of going to a location closer to my home. I utilize the Super Plus club as well as my unlimited car wash. A gem spot!
