a month agoFree car wash day ran smoothly any quickly. The attendants were friendly and kept the traffic moving efficiently.a month agoIt was a bit out of the way from where we are staying. And as anyone knows there is no straight way to get anywhere in Seattle. A short 10 mile drive takes you 40 minutes. We were pleased when we got there though. Our car was filthy and after going through the wash it looked great. Even got the tailgate of our SUV clean. Most places don’t get that area very good at all.3 weeks agoHad my brand new bmw rear ended here even though I don’t blame brown bear as the driver behind me hit his gas instead of the break and hit my rear bumper it still caused me to be late for my meeting and pain, time and suffering still from this.. I won’t be back to this location as I don’t feel my 100k car is safea year agoWent through the car wash, spent 24 dollars and it took my Womens Bumper off. They taped my bumper up, had me fill out a document and told me that they would have the manager call me the next day after they reviewed the camera. Did they take pictures of my car, absolutely not, but I did, they seemed to not really care that my bumper was hanging off.4 months agoTook my son’s car who’s overseas teaching English to Japanese children, through there. As we went through the automated system I heard a knock wasn’t sure as we came out and went to the end of the street with immediately noticed an additional noise coming from my undercarriage. We took our car over to Meineke in Renton where they informed us that it had knocked it down from the hangers I had to get it replaced at least I had a good experience spending $1,200 and Meineke for the replacement really not worth the car wash price

3 months agoVacuums were easy to use, with long hoses, but you have to pay more for extra suction, and the high suction setting still didn’t get pet hair out very well. Did great on the dirt and debris that naturally builds up on the floors, so that was great. For ease of use, definitely would go back, but for my short haired dog who leaves hairy puppies everywhere, it might need a professional carpet clean. They provide drying cloths and spray bottles for the doorjams and interior as well. That was convenient. Didn’t use the exterior car wash, but it saw a steady stream of people while I was there.6 months agoThat’s the craziest ever. I came to wash my car after the wash I went out to wipe the car I found out so much scratches and I swear the god it was not there before. Vacumes lack suction about 40% of the time and I keep getting charged when i swipe my card to find out they have an issue. Also last week i paid for the brush wash and it was out of foam soap. Had to get up early to re clean and after 22 waisted dollars on the self wash the kid had to ask themanager if i could get a cheap drive through for free. To their credit they did as I showed photos but this isnt the first time ive lost money on the vacumes so while that was nice they need to maintain cacumes better because I clean my rental cars many times per week and im losing money.
Watch out for the scammers here, they take up a spot in the self serve and wait. Then they will come up to you saying that they don’t take coins here anymore and ask for your card for cash. Do not do it, I suspect they are cloning the cards. Has happened twice in a row since my last two visits. Other then that great car wash
Employees were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! All 3 employees that were on shift seem to be completely clueless as to what they’re supposed to be doing. We pay for the Berry Best package, supposed to get a prewash and spray on our vehicle before entering the tunnel which did not happen. I am 100% disgusted with this car wash!
GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Completely scratched the side of my Audi A7 will never go back. And still haven’t heard from upper management. Absolutely ridiculous.
I love that this car wash is unlimited. My job is located on a hillside in auburn and it’s so dirty. I use it daily!
