a year agoI tried $17 ultra one. Very disappointing. Waste of money. I wanted dirt/dust off my car but it did not clean at all. I had to wipe with a towel with my hand afterwards. They were easy to wipe without force so I don’t know what exactly car wash did. I would not recommend it.4 months agoPaid $22 for the premium wash and my car looks the exact same as before. But I just picked up my phone, added the app and created an account in a minute. Moved over to the app only bay and went right in! Pretty cool.4 months agoI only go because it’s nearby, but have been disappointed every time. Automatic car wash feels like a waste since it hardly cleans the car and I have to wash at home after. The sticker says $3.00 for three minutes, but when using Apple Pay and watching the card reader, that was not true. At less than three minutes I was already charged $4.00, and at 5 minutes 11 seconds I had been charged $8.00. Completely false advertising. Do not come here if you don’t want to get scammed.

Free vacuums on sight too.a week agoLove this car wash! Good pricing for unlimited plans and great customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The online customer service is also great I emailed to change the level of my plan and they did so promptly by the next morning and gave me a refund for part of it because I downgraded. First time here with my new truck. I’ve always used manual car washes in the past but figured what the heck I’ll try it. Came out looking terrible. Dirty with multiple areas of obvious mechanical damage to the hood, A-frame, and 100’s of scratches down the sides. Spoke with the Manager about the damage who promptly smirked and told me to “prove it!” and refused to give any information about the owner or insurance. Filed a claim with my insurance company, paid the deductible- all done!
Best carwash around Dover. This is not a touch free carwash, it is one where your car is pulled through and does a really nice job. It also came with a free vacuum token.
Although I don’t have an account at white water, I consider myself a loyal customer to have my truck washed.
During my recent visit, I was not impressed with the attention to detail the attendant provided. Normally the attendant uses a brush to clean (wash) my back window and tailgate. Unfortunately, during this day he did not perform this service and absolutely no soap was distributed during the beginning of the the wash evolution.
I will go back. However, someone needs to oversee the attendants responsibilities and soap resivour level. I hope this experience doesn’t happen again or I will not return.

Have always gotten a good wash from here and the new vacuums are free and work well. Recommend the monthly service for equivalent of 2-3 drinks a month
