7 months agoOverall a good first visit. The line was long which is understandable I do wish they had the prices visible while your in line they are only in the tunnel. I can’t remember how much the basic car washes but I got one up from that it was $26 plus $5 tip for both. The guy directing me into the car wash wasn’t very clear I was unsure of when I was supposed to put my car in neutral how close I was to the other car, etc. I just feel like the communication could’ve been better there. As you can see from the second photo, I still had smudges and winter mess on the door but outside of that it was pretty clean. I had two people cleaning the car. They did an OK job they could’ve done a better job of vacuuming.7 months agoWent with the $36 service, called something like the super supreme. The wash was sufficient, though I am no expert. The inside of the car had become quite dirty in winter weather, and I asked for the service which focused mostly on interior. The guys did a great job. I swear the thing looked and smelled new. They did a great job.a week agoThis place is NOT self service and they will NOT let you use the vacuums. An elderly man was very rude to my family when we attempted to use the vacuum. I am not from around here and there were no signs to indicate that I was wrong to assume I could use the vacuum. I offered to pay to use the vacuum and was told no. ANCHORAGE STORAGE & CARWASH is 3 miles away and much better! There vacuum is only $1!3 months agoThis place used to do an absolutely incredible job. Not the past 3 times I’ve been. They haven’t vacuumed, wiped or cleaned windows in the 3rd row seat of my minivan these past 3 times, despite charging extra for vans.The windows have been so smudged add streaky these past 3 times as well, they were better before I went in.
Looks like I’ll go back to doing it myself again.
Like I said, they used to leave your car absolutely immaculate when they were finished, too bad they just want quick turnaround these days.

Decent pricing They Have washes that are $10, $15, $20, and I think their most expensive is $25 I got the $10 Wash and wasn’t expecting much, but they did a nice Job I will be going Back there again when I need my Truck wash. Like them way more than there competitor.

a month agoI love this car wash I’ve been going there for over 20 years and it’s always been a good place to wash your car the hose don’t be like in most car washes and it’s always clean there great job keep up the good work2 weeks agoGot the Ultimate Soft Touch, didn’t even get the bugs off the windshield. Barely cleaned the wheels. Plus the rubber brushes broke a trim piece on my 2016 Ford2 years agoTreated ourselves to the ultimate carwash, highest priced offer they have, after using the vaccums… The vehicle still has several dirty spots and splattered bugs!!!! Keep everything up to date. Not ran down like other self service ones.5 months agoSimply awful car wash.The water pressure is terrible. Takes 30 precious seconds to change from high pressure soap to rinse, meanwhile you have to stand there until it clears out.
The soap brush is like brushing your vehicle with a limp noodle with sand impregnated into it, so much soap comes out you cannot see if the area you are brushing is actually clean, making you switch BACK to brush to clean the area again, another low tactic to waste time and get more money.
Oh you need more time? We’ll, if you are paying by credit card(who even carries a roll of quarters anymore) the buy more time button works randomly and NOT in the last minute, where you know, you will need more time the most.
All in all , scummy place.

Would have been 5 stars if the carwash hadn’t broken down with a massive line. BUT the employees handled it like champs and got everyone refunded and gave out coupons. My kids loved being able to take their car wash artwork home instead of it being washed away.
Can’t say I’d recommend this place. First time customer and the reviews are real about this one. Went to get a wash and by the time it settled, my car was covered in so much soap that it blocked my back window. Had to get a second wash elsewhere to get my car clean. Not going back regardless of what they have to offer and would recommend everyone avoid this place.
Used to love going there until the other day. Woman in front of me drove in and when pulling out tire was on the rim (picked up a nail through the carwash) then when I pulled out I drove to the back as I always do and dry off the rest of my truck. While drying the tailgate I see multiple scratches (between 10 and 15) all over my tailgate. Mike’s send me a letter saying that it was not there fault that my brand new truck was all scratched up from their wash. Will not be going back, nor recommending and will try to stop everyone I know from going back. If I could of given no stars I would have
Carwash was great wasn’t impressed with the tire shine that slung all over my truck for 3 days after the wash. It also left a nasty residue on my rims that I brought to their attention. Courtney did a phenomenal job at making things right. Thanks Courtney for your dedication it shows above others. Thanks Mike’s for a great wash as always.
If you need to clean your car out you can use the trashcan for free. The vacuum will cost but is under $5 for 1 use and goes for several minutes. Good suction & range also. The car wash is pretty pricey depending on what you’d like. We got 1 up from the lowest & it was in the low 30’s for 1 wash. The car is put on a track & takes you through the wash. There’s annual passes if you’re into that kind of thing & several different washes to choose from. The lowest was in the 20s but some are over 40 bucks.
Just a little pricey on the wash for me & I felt pressured into selecting quickly. It was my first time getting a wash so I wasn’t familiar w/ the washes & what each included, or prices. I just wish it wasn’t like a sausage factory & was more personable so customers that are new to it all feel more welcomed. This was a few months ago. I haven’t been back; I went to a do it yourself wash on 42 last wash because I didn’t want to feel pressured into a decision w/out reading all options.
