2 months agoCostco is a warehouse club retailer that offers a wide variety of products, including groceries, electronics, furniture, and more. The store is known for its bulk sizes and low prices, which can be a great way to save money on household essentials.I recently visited Costco to pick up a few items for a gathering I was hosting this weekend. I was expecting to spend around $200, but I ended up spending closer to $400. While this may seem like a lot of money, I didn’t have any regrets. I was able to buy everything I needed in one place, and I know that the quality of the products is excellent.
One of the things I love about Costco is the return policy. If you’re not happy with a product, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked. This gives you peace of mind knowing that you’re not taking a risk by buying something at Costco.
Another thing I appreciate about Costco is the customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.
I had a great experience at Costco. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to save money on quality products.
a week agoCostco always has what I am looking for. I have found so many new products that have become a staple in my home from their free samples. The only complaint I have is that their soda fountain at the food court always tastes funny. It’s like their is too much carbonated water vs. the syrup.a week agoI use the pharmacy there and do a little shopping but I don’t see any advantages of going there other than customer service and you can get things in bulk and of course you can get some items there that you can’t get anywhere else you’re not really getting a discount if you do the math. You can’t beat the meat selection they have but you have to sacrifice your next born child to be able to afford it. The only advantage that I see to this place is the pharmacy. They move fast most of the time they have my medicine in stock2 months agoReliable. Watch the sales for best pricing, and don’t overlook the Kirkland brand for good quality at better prices than name brands.Gas prices among the lowest in the area.
The self service check out is one of the better I have experienced, a single line feeds into six registers and moves quickly.
Ample parking.
a year agoWhat can I say!?! This place is big, clean and filled with friendly folks who provide everything from fuel to propane to tires and everything you could ever need at super prices! Super Staff and always helpful and friendly A++

in the last weekI went in with my 9 year old niece while my 75 year old parents and 6 year old nephew were waiting in the car in the hot August Georgia sun outside. I had my sister’s membership card and they let me in without any questions, I was only getting flowers to put on my sister’s grave and that Costco location was unfortunately the closest to the cemetery. I stood in the long line for self check out and waited so long, and finally as it was my turn the worker asked to see the membership card then told me that the member herself had to be present. She was very rude, I tried to lower my voice and explain to her the situation without my niece hearing who is already emotional about her mother’s passing. The employee then escalated by asking for the manager to come. At that point I asked my niece to step outside the store so she wouldn’t suffer any more of that stress. The manager “Sonya” was somehow more rude than the other employee and didn’t seem to care or even listen and just wanted me out pf the store. As if the $13.99 and $9.99 flowers were such a bargain that won’t be found anywhere else without a member’s card. As I was leaving another employee working at a random cash register for minimum wage loudly called me “a Clown” I honestly wish him the best and hope he faces the same situation I was in today. They probably didn’t break any rules or regulations, but the lack of empathy in this place was astonishing to me, I’m sure Costco is not the place to look for empathy but I’m sure nothing would’ve happened if they just took my money and gave me the flowers. Or even asked me to pay another yearly membership politely. I’m sure they don’t care that I will not step foot in another Costco as long as I live. I’m only sharing this because that manager “Sonya”, mocked me when I said I will be sharing my experience in a review, I’m aware neither her or Costco will be affected by a review but my experience, and self respect still matters regardless.
For a place that champions itself on shopping Wholesale for your family they really don’t care about family or their members.
5 months agoCostco is the perfect place to go if you’re looking to restock your home with the best deals and an amazing selection of snacks and food items. I’ve been shopping there since I was a little girl and I always look forward to my visits. The new management has made it a bit more difficult to buy food items, but otherwise I love going there and restocking my pantry. Plus, the samples are a great bonus! I would definitely recommend Costco for anyone looking for a reliable grocery store. @itshalliegeorge3 months agoCan get crowded, but the store is maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Over the last 10 years I’ve been coming here there are many familiar faces.a week agoI find great joy in shopping at Costco. Their service, pricing, and the quality of the products I buy there are all highly reliable. They’ve truly earned my trust.2 months agoEven though this place has a membership fee it is well worth the price! You can easily pay for the cost of the membership in just a couple of visits with the money you save! Also they have great seasonal specials and just specials in general through out the year. Come hungry so you can go to the food stand and get a hot dog and drink for just $1.50 followed by an icecream sundae. Yum!! Even though this place is ALWAYS busy no worries there the employees get you checked out quickly and friendly!

The place where all your big bulk discounts help you enjoy a huge savings. They usually have items that you can’t find in your local store. The Kirkland brand is top quality, like your household name brands. They offer different types of memberships.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This situation occurred in the last days of the mothers. I always heard about the good prices and better quality products that this supermarket offers but until then I had never been inside to see with my own eyes if it was true or not. Then came the big day, right at the entrance I was approached by a lady Ivy who forbade my entry for not being a member. I tried to explain that it was my first time and I was just visiting the place to see the feel before becoming a member. She then, still in a non-polite way, took me to a counter where I presented my document and my entrance was released. I walked around the market and decided to leave. I felt bad, not even at WalMart have I ever been treated like that.
I came to get my glasses adjusted. I’ve been happy with the service here and drive a ways to get here.
I arrived at 710pm and was told they close optical at 7pm.
The only sign I can find says 8pm, but maybe that’s just the optometrist?
Online only gives the store hours.
Google’s site says the store reviews the hours and it says 8pm for optical.
Not acceptable. So ready to have the correct hours publicly available.
A friend gave me a gift card so I came on a Sunday morning to check it out. I found a few items I wanted to buy so I thought it would be faster to do self checkout. I got all the way to the self checkout line breakout only to be told I have to go to a regular line because I don’t have a membership.
WTH is up with the line situation at this Costco?! That in itself makes me want to go to a different location. There are 3 main (super long) lines you queue up in only then to have to scramble to get into another line for a cashier.
Other than the stupid line process, the store is clean and well stocked. Prices are clearly labeled. Grocery items, health and beauty, and cleaning and pet supplies, are on the left and housewares are on the right. In the middle is snacks, furniture, clothing. In the back is paper goods, frozen food, meat, the bakery, produce, and wine.
Go early or late to avoid the crowds and long lines.
If you’ve been to one Costco, you’ve been to all of them. This store is clean, fairly easy to navigate barring any crowdedness, and easy to assess prices. The store does get pretty busy during peak times so I highly advise you go during off-peak times. You’ll especially feel this at the checkout lines which can get very backed up and frustrating. The gas discount is also a huge perk but again, the lines get to be really long when it’s busy. It can take 10-15 minutes in line before you get to fill up. Overall good experience, just try to go when it’s slow!
