Kim Chi cost more than in ABQ.a month agoCostco pharmacy was fantastic from the pharmacist to each of the techs. I had issues with my prescription and would have paid full price until it was eligible under my insurance. Steve the pharmacist said he’d contact insurance and explain which he did and quickly. I’ve dealt with the pharmacy for several years and everyone has always been very helpful and professional. It’s a comfort to know they have my back and are there to help.a week agoThis store is busy and crowded like every other Costco but worth the effort and time thanks to their amazing deals on local food, cookware, baked goods, toiletries, luggage, cooking oil and skincare. The self check out lanes really helped move traffic along. All the employees who we needed help from were helpful and friendly.7 months agoFound everything in stock that we needed going into the holidays. The only complaint I have is that one of staff who was giving out food samples assumed I was younger than my actual age and did not allow me to try a sample without adult supervision. It was quite laughable how she could’ve politely asked me instead of assuming and stating this rudely and loudly near other guests. Well, I guess the food sample wasn’t worth the trouble of arguing with her about my age when I clearly had a Costco card and cart full of items, but would appreciate it next time if staff could be considerate and courteous.in the last weekI come here for all my value needs. When shopping for a great deal for the family you can’t beat a good Costco run. This location is my favorite and closest to me. Always clean and organized.

2 weeks agoThere’s not much negative to be said about Costco, except the crazy cart drivers that nearly run me over every time I try to walk down the main aisle. But that’s not really Costco’s fault. Well… Maybe it is because they have such good stuff and such good prices it makes people lose their minds. That, And $1.50 hotdogs with a fountain drink. Curse you Costco for your amazing service, prices and hotdogs.2 months agoThis Costco is a busier one for sure, this is in an emerging city called Cedar Park and the peak hours here can see pretty long lines.That’s not saying that it’s not well run. There is always a full supply of all items and the people who work there all appear to be happy and friendly.
One of the things that I really like about this particular Costco is that the meat and seafood seems to always be in really great stock. I think the director at this store must be a really dedicated guy.
One other thing I’ve noticed is that the people who work in the front of store have been around for a long time. There are familiar faces here. That makes a difference.
Other than that, it’s got all the great stuff and things you would expect from the Costco franchise, great prices, products and large quantities. I’m a big fan of Costco and definitely have come to geeatly appreciate my membership over the years. I highly recommend Costco and only give this particular one 4 stars because it’s so busy and crowded.

The busy Costcos have such good products.a week agoPrices are good, depending on what you’re looking for. Wait-time to check out was pretty long. Customer service was nice. Well stocked throughout the store. Very congested on entrance, check out, and exit to the point that shoppers still shopping couldn’t go down several isles due to customer lines waiting to check out. Overall, it’s a good place with good bargains.a week agoWhat can I say about Costco that you don’t already know? In-store eating is cheap and good. Company values on point. Great customer service…Specific to this store, I wish the default was to box everything. More than once they didn’t even ask if I wanted boxes and before I knew it the cart was half way loaded. Wow new item — banana bread. Really surprised how good and moist the mini loaves of banana bread are. The other item that we saw today is the Jalapeño Cheddar Bread. We toasted it and it was really delicious.
I recently paid a visit to Costco and decided to try their banana bread and aspen mills Bread. I was genuinely taken aback by just how delicious it was. Given its impressive quality, I plan to return soon and pick up some more loaves to share with my friends. Costco has definitely earned a repeat customer in me!
I have been a customer of Costco for over 10 years. I enjoy the experience and the friendly atmosphere. Today, the check out employee, named Jacobi, made sure we walk out and not wanting to return. While approaching the check out table, he immediately, with Bossy voice “ start unloading your cart” . I started unloading. Then, the assistant with him, came to help. He asked for the Costco membership card, mine is on the phone. While I tried to pull it out, he started to make sighing sounds and looked very annoyed. I showed him the electronic card. Scanned the card, and before he started scanning the purchased items, my brother said he wanted to pay for his items. He asked us to hurry up and split the items. My brother asked him politely to give us a second, but Jacobi was getting very anxious and whinny. Then he started to apologize for the persons waiting in line, saying “ I am so sorry for the wait”, making us feel like we were doing wrongs to him and others and like we were holding the line. He and his assistant were just throwing things back in the cart. We asked for a box, so the meat will not leak in the car. He told his assistant, just put the empty boxes on top. I can’t believe this person is employed in a customer interface job. He had saved no effort to make us feel very unwelcome. Costco, I am a customer, and I am paying you for the goods I am getting, I have the right to be treated with respect and dignity. I have the right to go through the check out without feeling rushed. Hire the right employee and get rid of the bad apples.
Always great customer service and helpful staff. The products are well organized and presented. You will almost find helpful employees on the floor eager to help you with the location of products as they moved them around almost weekly. I still need to figure out why (?) I am sure there is a valid reason behind it.
We purchased 50lbs bag of homai sushi rice at Costco wholesale in cedar park (austin, Texas) purchased on 08/2023 has a lot of these small bugs and had no ideas how to NOT infested our foods pantry. Does anyone know what are these bugs? This is NOT normal.
