5 months agoAsked a manager about their pricing for collectors cards up front and was given a very rude response as to why their pricing is completely off and misleading. Then followed throughout the store after having purchased products online obviously being treated as a thief (42 year old business man here) Your store can do much better in merchandising and having more classy mgmt and training. Having sone their job for years this store is mediocre at best.9 months agoGreat blend of all the items that I need whether it’s cooking, cleaning, fashion, or groceries. The kids always have something they can find to distract them inside Target as well. Convenient location and parking make it a no-brainer. The staff is also very helpful and hard-working.I especially like the HomeGoods section and the women’s clothing section. One stop shop for all the household items I need.
a week agoCame in on my birthday to set up a new baby registry for myself. The customer service girl was so confused and just kept saying to go online to do it. No welcome bag or able to scan what I needed. It was less than 2 years ago when I did it before. Was so sad.2 months agoConstantly sold out of items, understaffed with cashiers (2 open lanes at a time), and then I just came at 7:30 on a Friday for 0 cashiers, so a long self checkout line and one of the entrance/exit doors completely locked and blocked off. Why can’t I exit to the side I parked on? Just dumb6 months agoI shop here all the time with order pickup and in store. This is also where I return things I bought online. ERIC at order pickup always makes things go super fast even when there’s a long line! He’s super helpful and efficient. So grateful for his competence and speed!

a month agoKira was one of the friendliest cashiers we have encountered at Target. Last night we went to the Lakeline Target close to closing time to do some last minute college apartment shopping and Kira was super friendly, very patient with us, and gave absolutely amazing customer service! It’s always nice to come in contact with super friendly people. Loved her.3 weeks agoThis location is one of my favorite targets ever. It is a huge store with a massive selection of everything. The set up at the store is completely different than all the other smaller stores and they have some of the coolest original looking products and it is so fun to just sit and look at things for hours.a year agoOne of the larger targets in town, large wine section and a walk in beer cave and very well stocked grocery. Many hard to find specialty products are in stock here and staff is constantly working to keep store clean and well kept.Bigger CVS pharmacy inside, bigger electronics, beauty and makeup, kitchen and home sections and a larger magnolia home area as well. Just about everything they keep extra stock. Keep this store bookmarked for those hard to find items.
in the last weekI got rudely yelled at by a male employee at self checkout on Sunday 9/10 to put away a basket that wasn’t mine. It’s not my job to clean up after other shoppers, it’s yours…Items that say they’re in stock are often not accurate with stock in the store.
I’ll just go to another target, this one is consistently disappointing.
4 years agoDetails: Freshly remodeled, lots of of parking, obligatory Starbucks inside and an optometrist too.Summary: This appears to be Targets new approach to retail. That is to make it big and fancy. I know this is Texas but this place is almost too big. The sheer volume of inventory and different products is overwhelming. What they have done with the grocery department is nice. It looks very clean and polished.

Target is one the best stores in the USA. This particularly Target location has lot of varieties and good customer service.
I always felt that return policy is definitely fair and customer service representatives do understand people’ s issues.
It is little costlier but product quality is better. I bought lot of products like umbrella strollers, zero water filters (buy regularly), dish washer soap (buy regularly), liquid hand soap refill, kids clothes and some more items.
Overall it is very good shopping experience with Target. I would recommend to people to try this store for sure.
One of the better and larger stores in the area, we’ll maintained and managed. Friendly and helpful employees, Starbucks, magnolia home, Ulta sections inside are also well stocked and serviced. Hard to find items are usually available and returns / customer service is also very helpful.
One catch, they seem to close a bit earlier then other stores on weekend – 10:00 pm.
I like shopping here, but they made the bad parking lot even worse! The front door is in the corner of the lot, then they turn 50 close spots into curbside pickup. I have never seen more than 10 cars using curbside here. Between curbside and handicapped parking, there are about 30 spots near the doors. The other 200 parking spots are much further and across the chaos. Really bad choices here. HEB knows how to put curbside out of the way of all the other customers trying to give their business. I don’t think I can shop here anymore because I am getting upset every time I try to park here and end up closer to 183 than the front door of the store.
Definitely one of my favorite target locations. I’m really digging their new Drive up stations with shades, really cool. They have some good stuff here in stock and love their addition of ulta beauty and CVS. I definitely prefer this over the other target locations nearby. It’s close to Costco and Sprouts.
Chris in electronics! Great job going the extra mile. I read online it said they had what I needed and when I got up there… shelf empty. Our protagonist Chris not only goes into the back to see if it had gotten delivered on a truck that day, he confirms and finds what I needed. Thanks Chris, its the small stuff like that which makes the complicated world we live a little more easier to breathe in…or listen in with this case because my reason for visiting Target today was audio related. Thanks man.
