Easy location, usually go here at night. There aren’t many checkout lines but the self checkout is pretty efficient. Usually well stocked with whatever you’re looking for. This location is definitely busier during the daytime and lines can form, like most any target locations. The front end of the store seems overdue for a remodel. Still a friendly staff and easy to navigate.

Pretty much found everything I was looking for and then some! They didn’t have sunny d tho but that’s ok! The store was clean altho no one around asking if I needed help or anything and almost got ran over a few times by a cart someone stacking or something… other than that great!

9:00 at night no one’s working the registers only a few self-checkouts. The line is at least 50 ft long extending all the way back past the cosmetics absolutely ridiculous. Dropped all my items and went to Home Depot

Great, easy grocery pickup experience but super expensive for much less quantity. I’m disappointed.

Place is outright disaster. Went here looking for a present for my child shelves were bare. Merchandise that was there was just thrown around. Nobody was working. Garbage found just lying around. Wife came here for online order there were 4-5 people queued no one at the desk she went to a teenager who was playing on his phone at the self checkout to get a representative to work the desk. You go to target for a better Walmart experience but the Walmarts in the area are far better.

Target has given up. Store is a total mess. Drinks being left on counters have mold in them so clearly they are left for many days. No staff to be found anywhere. Escalator and elevator have been broken for months. Welcome to what seems to be the new way to do business. This place is run like a discount store, not the experience I ever expected from a Tartget Store. At least they pay the CEO $19.8M.

Pretty good experience here! Totally love that they have kpop albums but they aren’t always stocked which is okay by me since they even have kpop albums at all. (yeah im talking about you braintree) Service is great but since I don’t go here often I’m not really familiar with the layout but I think it will be easy to learn. Pretty big store and has many things. Will be going again when in need of albums. I totally recommend this place.

It’s 630pm on a Tuesday and this Target has one (1) yes one person working on a register. Oh and guess what…..the line is huge, and the self check lines are even bigger. This is beyond annoying and frustrating. Also, I feel really bad for the ONE teenage girl working the only register. So not fair at all. Pathetic.

  1. Oct2022: 4⭐: I searched for a Target location that had a specific item I was going to purchase for my parents and some other generic household items. I located this one that wasn’t too far away but supposedly had the item that I was looking to purchase. I mapped out the location and headed out. When I arrived, there were several handicap parking spots available in front of the store location. It was not very difficult to find as it was marked well with the branding signs. I walked through the store and noted that there were several individual stores within this area that were functional, clean and neat. During my pickup at the customer service counter, the young lady was professional and courteous that I dealt with to handle my pickup.

  2. Used to be my favorite Target. Now they have put almost all daily essentials behind glass that require a key from staff. Baby section, cleaning section, health and beauty section. It is a complete nuisance now to shop here for these items. Can’t even browse because staff seems frazzled and too busy to unlock (“are you sure you want this one before I open the case??”).

They are clearly short staffed so this extra step is just a huge mess now. Nobody can figure out who had the key, leaving customers waiting 5-10 mins to get items like toothpaste!! Guess I’ll just buy online from another retailer next time!

  3. Zach at customer service was really awesome and informative. Went above and beyond to make sure the item I needed was indeed not in stock, and made sure I knew when it would be back. I was very pleased with my visit. Quick and easy.

  4. All the shopping carts are garbage. They’re all noisy because of one front, locking tire. People abandon them throughout the store.
Only got a couple things, a bag of mandarins was one of them. The barcodes didn’t work on any of the mandarins so I wasn’t able to get them. very minimal fresh produce section. I still give them three stars, because all of the employees were very nice.

  5. I went to the Watertown Massachusetts Target to buy some watch batteries that I had seen online. The gentleman name JC that worked there was so kind to help me out and walk with me over to where it should be. It was not there so he had me wait there and then he ran to a couple other places by the registers. It wasn’t there so he told me to follow him to the area in the back of the store while he went to the warehouse area to check the battery section. Again, nothing was there. So he led me to the area to the mall entrance and there was a freestanding battery kiosk there and my batteries were there.

In the time that I was walking around the store with him, I was having a conversation and found that he had a really great attitude about working there and helping customers. Also, while I was with him a number of target employees came up to ask him for information. Seems like he’s a real “go to guy” for a lot of the employees. And I could see how patient he was not only with myself, but also with the other employees. Also, when he saw that there was an issue with some thing, he made sure to talk to another employee to correct it. I’m not sure if he is in any sort of management position, but with his people skill, his knowledge and the confidence that other employees have in him, he definitely would make a great manager of some sort. I’ve been in management before and I would certainly be very happy to have him as one of my employees.
