8 months agoWe visited this location for the first time since the remodel. It is very attractive and bright. Everything is clearly lit and labeled to find exactly what you need. It just looks so nice and new, in general. We still don’t shop there but went to check it out.a week agoHave been trying to reach this store, off and on, for the better part of two hours to ask about product availability. Absolutely NO ONE picks up from ANY department. Every line just rings for a minute then disconnects. Guest services just straight up disconnects without ringing when you try to reach them. Several times a line will ring a couple of times then hang up, which leads me to believe these departments are deliberately hanging up on calls.10 months agoThis target is fantastic. It has a fresh new remodel. The floors were grinded and polished and the fitting rooms even have a nursing room for pregnant women and the checkout lanes are wider than before. The customer service as well as the cashiers are great. No need for self checkout of you want a cashier for a quicker checkout.7 months agoI love these stores, not a lot of people, clean helpful people but they have a bunch of price scanner stations throughout the store with no scanners available.a week agoMy experience was great because, Target’s young people have been trained to deliver good customer service!

a month agoLove this Target location. They may not be a Super Target, but they always have what I’m looking for and it’s nearby. The employees are amazing and I feel welcomed shopping here. The store is also so neat and clean. It’s also easy to find what I need by using the app, and by their signage in store.a month agoIt deserves 100 rating. Target has always been so great to me and my family for many years. Everytime i go im always greeted with warmth and beautiful smiles. Not once have i ever had a bad experience. I simply love Target. Its honestly the best place to be. Also, the soothing atmosphere of it all is definitely great for my autistic son. He loves for me to take him there when he’s having a bad episode day, we walk around target, he picks what he wants and he’s gained his good day back and is feeling better. It brings me tears because, Target has no idea of the great impact they have on my family and im sure many others out there. I get groceries, meds at CVS pharmacy, Starbucks coffee and they have a good selection of clothes, electronics and home goods, sheets, towels etc.

The clothes selection is actually really good. Needed some things before I head out for dorm life and I actually found really good pieces. Has a starbucks inside too!
There was no one at the fitting room so I found a team member who was chatting with another team member. When neither of them acknowledged me I said excuse me is there anyone who can let me into a fitting room? The woman seemed irritated I needed help and wasn’t very helpful, she let me know no one was there which I already knew. I asked again can you please see if there’s anyone? She finally got on her phone to check, found someone and walked off. She was rude, unhelpful and obviously more interested in a personal conversation than helping guests. The staff here are usually caught up in personal conversation and do ignore guests. I come here only because it’s by my house. And I’ve never received good customer service here, management needs to be clued in to their employees. Thankfully the fitting room attendant was so sweet and kind. I didn’t see her name but she was the best:)
Need to supervise the cashiers / self check-outs. Supervisors/managers to busy visiting with employees. Not making the customers feel welcome. One greets them and they don’t respond. How do you expect subordinates to be friendly if examples are not established by their bosses.
I’ve been shopping here on/off for many years ( decades- since the nice lady with burgundy hair at Customer service started with the company) and today their customer service was more than pathetic and useless. The girls on the floor are rude and look bothered if you approach them for a price on an item and if your asking it’s only because their is no price on the item and your interested in maybe buying it… I didn’t do it to bother or annoy them. Caprice looks like she just ready to fight 🤣 … She can go to the Cincinnati District after work to fight.. She’s horrible and she rolls her eyes like any other 13 year old …. Please don’t compare your store or think your any better than all Walmart’s…. Maybe Food King on Dyer😉. I will not shop at this store even if a gift card is given to me and I’m sure these girl’s treat others the same way… I didn’t know these girls from a hole in the wall and I’m sure I’m old enough to be their grandma. They Simply don’t want to work and are just their for a check to go get more tattoo’s and/or to make it to a drink special somewhere 🥸🤣. Disgusting!
Same target you find in every city and state. Staff is ok and the store is clean. They have the same Starbucks and the same menu as well. While it’s nice to have a known quantity, it would be better if they stood out. Like on customer service. Which they don’t.
