a week agoDevin is absolutely AMAZING he was super friendly and helped me set up my new phone really quickly! Devin even taught me about a couple features I didn’t even know I had on my phone that would help me a lot with work and studies. I’ll be coming back soon to see him again for his assistance.2 months agoNo cashiers when I went to check out at 9:30 am on Monday. The young girl running the self checkout was doing her best but what has happened to my favorite store? I always loved target because they didn’t have the situation you find at Walmart with only two lines open. I always loved the fact that there was always a cashier available. I won’t be back.a week agoI’m rather astonished about what the manager of Target told me the other day when I asked him if he knows that it is “against the law to park in your car in the FIRE LANE” he said he didn’t think it was ….. IM INFORMING HIM THAT IT MOST CERTAINLY IS! I along with most of the universe happen to know that a FIRE LANE is for A FIRE TRUCK not for people to park in while shopping. I SEE PEOPLE PARK IN FRONT OF WALMART ON First Ave. ever single day and are causing big problems for people trying to walk in and out of the store. As for Target someone needs to inform the “managers” what a FIRE LANE IS FOR and it is against the law to park your car in it and enter the store. There was a car parked in the Fire Lane when I walked in Target and I told them over at the customer service dest …. they just stood there staring at me ..as a girl returning things screamed at me said mind your own business…she said I’m only going to be parked there for a few minutes and I told her she was breaking the law….. she continued yelling at me. NEXT TIME I WILL SIMPLY CALL THE COPS AND LET THESE PEOPLE PAY TICKETS INSTEAD OF YELLING AT ME! WAKE UP TARGET3 years agoFriendly staff, very clean and well lit store. The sections were well organized and easy to navigate.Didn’t have the variety of kids clothing I expected. But the prices were reasonable.3 months agoI went to Target, Evansville First Ave, yesterday to get some clothing for my Stepmom. Not going to explain those circumstances, but there I was. I store employee was stocking in what I thought was women’s clothing. I asked her where to find uniform elderly Mom. I think she could sense my embarrassment, I am 72, and have never shopped for women’s undies. This young lady, Sierra, dropped what she was doing, and spent about 45 minutes helping me put together some items for my Mom. Thank you, Sierra !!

I go to Target quite often and I always like coming here. It’s always cleana and everyone who works here is very nice. I really like the shopping carts, they are so much better then Walmarts. They are made of plastic and not metal and seem to have less problems then Walmart does. The only reason I’m giving it four stats and not five, is because it seems to take to long to check out, they need more works at the checkouts, but they also need more self checkouts, I prefer to use them more to use them more nowadays.
I have always had a great experience when I needed to return something to Target whether purchased online or in the store. Fast friendly customer service even during busy season.
Made an order for a $15 gift card and got charged a separate amount on my red card for 15 then the tech support argued when I have screenshots of it all. At least be honest and upfront with your customers instead of advertising fake gift cards with purchases.
90 day exchange policy that is not clear.. it says most items. Tried to exchange an air bed that kept deflating and they claim i’m past the time i can take it back. only used successfully one time.
