2 weeks agoWhen I returned an item just a few days after purchasing it (tags still on and in perfect condition) Target would not refund me the amount I paid for the product but instead refunded the new (lesser) “market value.”4 months agoTarget is the place for stuff. They have so much stuff. Like seriously, lots and lots of stuff. It’s mostly plastic stuff, but sometimes the stuff is wood, or glass, or rubber, or even digital!Target is the place for stuff. Sometimes the stuff is boring or lame. But sometimes the stuff is really fun and exciting! They have carts on wheels to put your stuff while you browse more stuff, and when you’ve stuffed yourself full of stuff you get to have the satisfaction of ringing up all that stuff yourself!
Seriously, Target is so so smart and amazing and awesome, with bright minds at the top and bright lights illuminating all that stuff just waiting to be bought!
Sometimes stuff needs to be assembled. Sometimes stuff goes bad or gets moldy. Sometimes stuff sucks. But generally, I genuinely love stuff. Target is the best place for stuff!

I was charged twice. I paid in full online, then was charged again per individual item. Will be calling the store to remedy. Not happy!7 months agoMy review is actually for an employee, Maddy, who works in the Starbucks at this Target location (I couldn’t figure out how to post a review for that particular Starbucks cafe). She was nice, friendly and efficiently handled several drink orders. Getting Starbucks while doing a Target run is a special treat for this tired Mom and interacting w/ a great employee makes it that much better!

a year agoMy family shops at the Target in gilbert. It is a great target. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and , they always help out. Might be one of the best targets ever. My opinion I really like the selection of trail mix that they have at this target.I highly recommend the peanut butter monster hands down be very best trail mix you’ll ever have in your life. The peanut butter monster might not even be considered trail mix. It might be considered dessert it’s really that good. 5 months agoWe went into the eye center to try and get some vision glasses and stood there for 20 minutes and no one would help or acknowledge us. The receptionist with long dark hair was being EXTREMELY RUDE to a customer on the phone and in general. She was even praised by the older man with glasses for her mannerisms. He said ” you know i love you right? ” Then laughed about what she had told a customer. Someone else walked in , and she immediately asked if they needed help And attended to them ????!UNBELIEVABLE!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. What an awful associate you have. Disappointing and discouraging.a month agothey’re hiding the Barbie Movie dolls in the managers office. We overheard two employees talking about it near the registers and when we asked the same employee if they had some in the back she told us “no, everything we have is on the shelves” they’re keeping multiple for themselves, not giving any customers a chancea year agoCashier twisted the pants like a churro while bagging. I showed the severely wrinkled pants to the team lead who was too cool to care. The place is ran by teenagers. There was no manager in store.4 months agoDo NOT go to this target optometrist!!! An asian lady rude as ever that works there convinced my son in law to get my grandson an eye exam and then they gave my grandson glasses that were opposite to his actual prescription . He did not want to wear his glasses and now a year later we found out why!!!!

Despite this location being busy, it still looks and feels lower-end as far as Targets go. Other locations tend to be a bit cleaner and brighter and more organized. The selection is mostly comparable to other Target locations that I’ve been to, but this store tends have items out of stock more often. However, the biggest issue that I have with this location is that checkout lines here are long most of the time. That is definitely more of a Walmart issue, so I’m never thrilled to experience that at Target. This store is still a lot better than a Walmart of course, but they would do well to have more cashiers, clean up the environs a bit and perhaps improve the management. But it still gets the job done and I love Target, so I gave 4 stars.
Target product pick up was simple and easy! I ordered online, drove to the store, parked in a drive-up spot, and the kind employee got my name and brought my order out to me. It was fast and convenient, and there was no minimum purchase required.
Two times the cashiers have messed up! The first time they gave me wrong amount on my coupon (6 cents versus $5 for an Enfamil coupon) and the second they took too much away on my refund. I feel scammed by Target now.
We go to this target weekly. The customer service is great but why is it so warm in there? Always. No matter the time of year. I can’t stay there long because I want to faint after twenty minutes. It’s AZ, please turn the air on. Also, please get rid of the people in electronics trying to sell me stuff. It’s honestly really weird in a target and they are very annoying.
Great! Love this target! It’s pretty small, but it has most of what I need! And it’s way nicer and cleaner than Walmart!
