3 weeks agoWalked in to buy a Roku on 8/6/23 a little before 8pm. When I got to the electronic section there was no one there. I pushed the assistance button and it took a little longer than 60 seconds for someone to show. So the guy comes over to deactivate the button and looked right at me and asked if I pushed the button. I said yes I am. He said OK just wait a few minutes and he walked over to help two guys that walked up after I did. I waited 5 minutes and then walked to the front. I started to leave but then felt like I was disrespected and wanted to speak to a manager. So when they called the manager up front it was the same guy that disrespected me in the electronics section. He came over with an attitude asking what was the problem. I asked, you’re the manager? He said yes. I said you made me wait even tho I was first. He said yeah. No apologies, no explanations, or anything. So I turned to walk away, he didn’t even stop me. How can you treat customers like they don’t matter? I have not gone back to Target since. That one or any of them.2 weeks agoTarget is my one-stop for almost anything for my home toiletry needs. My wife let this target know when she was on the way, and gave the pick up parking place number when she got there. She watched 10+ cars who pulled up after she did, and acknowledged where she parked in the app get their orders and leave. 30 minutes later, after still not receiving her order she flagged down the person working curbside, and asked them why these other folks who pulled up after she did got their orders before she did, while she waited in the car with our kids. She was told “he knew she had been waiting there longer than anyone else, but he decided he needed to get those other peoples orders our first because they were smaller and he could get more people out faster”. We are done w this target, we will drive past it on the way to, and the way back when getting our orders from other stores. You are not the only store who offers pick up.5 months agoI’d bought a couple patio chairs, but needed to return them – I asked the customer service employee if they’d honor the 20% off that was in effect when I’d bought them, and she said yes. No hassle! When I found suitable replacements, another employee saw me about to lift them onto a cart, and he offered to carry them to checkout and then to my car! This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in ages! Way to go, Target!

a year agoThis Target was horrendous when I got here. The place was filthy, unorganized, & a lot of items were left on the floor. I have never been to a shopping store this messy. I never leave reviews, but this place really needed one with hopes that employees will clean and tidy up the place. Who really wants to shop for clothes when they’re all on the ground?11 months agoAnyone care to explain to me how Walmart is in better shape than Target? This is impossible to shop in. I’m not digging through piles of clothes to try to find something I’m looking for. This location has been like this for months….MONTHS.5 months agoI’m new to NC & my visit to this Target store was not very welcoming. I am a former cashier for a Target in my former community and would always treat my guests with dignity, respect and above all kindness. If I was having a bad day, my guests didn’t know it. Actually, they were the one’s who would switch my focus away from myself and turn my day around. Sadly, this was not the case in this Target store when I was at checkout. This gentleman, not a youthful man, was unpleasant and just not happy to be there. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or management is/are unkind to him. Nonetheless, this is not culture that Target wants to adopt. Perhaps, he was thrown into cashier that day and it was uncomfortable for him. I pay mega bucks to buy things from Target they should be able to afford a cashier all the hours they are open.6 months agoNever order for pickup/ drive up. They got half of my order wrong. How?? Don’t you have a system where you have to scan the items as you shop? Didn’t even tell me things were wrong. I went all the way home and was disappointed when opening the bag. They were lazy and didn’t want to look for the correct items so they gave me their own substitutes. I had to go back to the store and find my correct items myself. I used to love target but not so much anymore.

One of the best 🎯 Target locations in the Triad. The layout of the store, the cleanliness, the selection, the checkout process, the in-store pickup and exchanges, grocery, and CVS pharmacy are top-notch. They have pretty amazing 🍅🥦🌽🍎 produce, ❄️frozen foods, and 🍺 beer and 🍷 wine wine in their grocery. They have an amazing 💄👩🎤 makeup and cosmetic section. Also don’t sleep on their clothing for adults and kids. They also have a Starbucks in this location. The outside has ♿ handicap accessible parking, they have ramps, and accessible aisles.
I stopped by here on Saturday around 5:30pm with my son to to get toys for a kids birthday party that we attended the next day. There is AMPLE toy options, which was wonderful. . That was easy. I also ended up getting a picture frame too.
After getting the frame and toy, I stopped by tech area to see if they had PS5 controllers, which they did. I wanted a blue one and it was in stock! However, it was locked up, of course. I went to the main area with the registers for “tech” and there was no staff present. I walked around for a while waiting for someone to pop up. I wondered if they had a little button to press but didn’t see one. When someone did, she told me that she didn’t have a key and that I would have to wait for someone else… So I waited about 5 or so minutes and the guy came but was helping someone else, which took some time.
I was able to get the controller after having patience and waiting. While checking out, I noticed that they did in fact have a button to call for assistance. I’m not sure how I missed it before. Nonetheless, I Checked out all my items there in the tech area. That was a breeze.
This location is always a hazardous mess! With trash absolutely everywhere, lack of organization, employees no where to be found. For management to be denying hundreds of applicants (I know many who have applied), this store should be spotless for consumers. I could not take it anymore tripping over clothing, so I drove to the New garden location. I’m so glad I did! Everything was stocked and cleaned. Found exactly what I was looking for. Do better Lawndale.
This place is a dump. They always have people “working” here not doing anything. There is always a ton of merch on the ground.
I’m just going to continue to dump photos each time I visit. HIRE MORE STAFF TO STOCK OVERNIGHT!
Payton, who works in curb side is one of the best employees at Target. He is always so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the great customer service that he provides!!
