4 months agoTarget App is so easy to use & orders get fulfilled fast from the moment you place them. Their drive up feat its so fast and super easy. I park, tell them what space I am in on the app, a friendly associate comes, my order gets brought out & I leave. It’s that easy .. I never had a bad experience. It’s great! 👍a week agoI lost my keys at the location in Manchester, so I wake up super early in order to get through to someone hopefully but instead the phone is ringing no one is answering, I called more than dozen times different lines at that and NOBODY picks up!!!?? Like this is a store with phones inside of it? Am I wrong!? However I got through to someone at the Starbucks inside claimed that they are trying to help me by asking the help desk but you just put me on hold for almost an hour? Do you know how frustrating that is? Like what’s the point of having all these options to call and nobody using their phones? But anyways horrible customer service, horrible store that don’t care about their shoppersa month agoGreat customer service. Target could make it easier for their employees to cancel and refund. 4 months agoClean semi organized store. They had a Starbucks inside too which was great. But no holder on the carriages for a coffee. A lot of the accessories were out of stock and empty shelves. Associates were only near the registers didn’t really see them walking around helping.a month agoI love Target but I recently applied for a position at the Windsor store and I’ve been calling every department including HR to get a update on my application and virtual interview which I did a week ago. But yet nobody is answering the phones i even went up there personally to speak with a HR team member left a message and nobody has called me back or reached out to me.a year agoI love the items but are little bit higher price compared to homegoods and homesense. They don’t stock properly. If you’re over weight the clothing selection is decent. They never have regular sizes, just tarps for morbidly overweight people. You can tell that the people who work here hate their jobs and would rather be somewhere else. Just go to the Target in Enfield. Workers there are always pleasant. They are never understaffed. Clothing section is much bigger with a better selection. I don’t know how the Windsor store manages to stay open, it’s always empty.

While this store has the makings of a really nice store, I have never in my life seen a more messy ladies clothing department. It should be embarrassing to management. Maybe they need to find a way to display their products without the items so easily ending up on the floor, I just don’t know, but this is really horrible. I worked retail for many years and I have never seen anything even close to this. On the plus side, I did find everything I was looking for and in these days of supply chain issues, that was great.

1 week later. Store better organized and restrooms look MUCH better!!
Newer store with much better lay out than the older stores. However, many of the departments were a mess and disorganized. The woman’s bathrooms were disgusting and there were only 2 manned check outs open on a busy Sunday afternoon. Disappointing.
Online they said this store had two of this item in stock. I go in and none are there. I look for an employee to see if they are in the back but can’t find any. I request that I need assistance from one of their kiosks. After waiting for 5 minutes it says they weren’t able to find any. I go to the front of the store. There is no customer service desk in the store. I ask a self service checkout watcher and they can’t help but they get a manager. I say to the manager that I need help with finding something. They say they don’t have anyone available to help so I leave. I went online and requested pickup and bought the item. After two hours I get a message saying they cannot fill my order. Apparently they don’t want my money so I won’t return.
