Last night I had to cancel a transaction due to some weirdness with my bank account. I had several items that were on clearance or were the only item left so I asked if the items could be held until the following morning. The gentleman was nice enough to say yes and took my name. I came as soon as the door opened the next morning and went to the service desk. I explained to a woman named Betty that I had some items being held for purchase and that I had been there last night. She looked at me blankly and let me know that she wasn’t there yesterday- she had no idea what I was talking about. I reiterated that some items were being held for me and that they took my name and number. Still staring at me with the same dumbfounded face, she let me know again that she wasn’t there yesterday so I would have to be more specific. She asked me for my name and, after I told her, she walked off to the back to see if she could find my items… stating yet again that she wasn’t there yesterday so she didn’t know what was going on. She came back not even a minute later with my items. She tentatively began trying to unknot the bags to ring me up and I let her know that I still had some shopping to do and I would just purchase it all at the end of my trip. She ripped open my bags in relief and handed me my items. I was cordial the whole time but I found the whole exchange rather odd. She seemed very irritated and less than eager to help me. I was able to take care of most of my Christmas shopping though so that was nice.
Edit: went back to target to pick up an online order and Betty is still there acting like she has a stick up her butt
I came in today (April 16th) right at 8am looking for an action figure that online said was in stock, however it wasn’t on the shelf. The young lady (I wish I got her name) who was stocking the electronic section was kind enough to stop what she was doing and go in the back to get it for me. A+ service. One of the reasons why I love this store!!
I enjoy shopping at Target but will not be going back until they change their position and drop the some agenda and start caring about their longtime loyal customers.
I went to the Harker Heights, TX store with my elderly mother and she wanted to use the app and was unsure of how to use it. Trisha at the register not only took her time to show her how to use the app she maintained her friendly demeanor and patience as my mother asked her questions about the sales and discounts, even when a family pulled into her lane behind us she never rushed my elderly mother or made her feel bad for not knowing how to use the app. I have to admit I didn’t know how to use the app. Thank you Teisha for exemplary Custer service!
This store is the filthiest Target I have ever experienced. I would rather use a port-a-potty than their facility. The employees are helpful and kind, but the Target shopping experience is not to be had at this location. I try to touch only the things I need to buy and get out of there. I tried to excuse the mess because I love Target products 😕. I will add photos next time I post. Walmart, here I come.
