in the last weekI’m making this review for a particular employee who is new but the most helpful, delightful, customer friendly person I’ve ever met in retail ! Her name is Tiffany and she went above and beyond to help me pick out clothes and made me feel welcomed and went out of her way to go get me different sizes without me even asking! She’s an asset to Target and I hope they know the caliber employee they have on staff in her!!!3 weeks agoReally no stars if I could.The manner in which my daughter was treated on our most recent visit was appalling. We were dorm shopping; she was super excited. It turned out to be the worst experience in my 18 years of being a Target customer. She accidentally double rang an item in self checkout; and instead of MONICA handling it like a consummate professional, she belittled my daughter and insinuated to loss prevention that she may have done something untoward. What was more disturbing was the team member that assisted us at checkout stood like deer in headlights and co-signed the foolishness. The apology only came when I had to come back in the store to demand a senior manager and take them through a you-tube version of 3rd grade math. The fact that three of your staff cannot do simple mathematics is flabbergasting. In the future, we will try to stick to Target stores that model the corporate mantra and operate with more than a mustard grain of common sense.

10 months agoI stopped by Target today to pick up some groceries and household items. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The store was also very clean and organized, which made shopping a breeze. I also appreciate that they offer price matching. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back!4 months agoThis location seems larger than normal, there’s more open space than others. The selection is nice this time of year (Father’s Day/Pride/Spring transition to Summer stuff is out). Every time I come to this location the workers are greeting me with a smile, always willing to go above and beyond, which means the world and enhances my shopping experience. Even having everything so organized and neat helps accessibility to things go by so much smoother and shopping so much easier to shop through.
Has everything you need and more all the stores have the same floor plan so it’s easy if you go to another store to find what you need the workers are so nice and helpful I don’t think we will shop at Walmart anymore and Starbucks was so good that was our first time trying the refreshers. Can’t wait until next time
