A Super Target store. Super stands for super unorganized. Whatever you do, don’t shop at this location. The guest service area is a total mess and understaffed. I went to pick up an online order at the guest service desk as instructed in the pick up notification and waited 15 minutes in line just to find out that they moved the pickup desk to 1 hour photo. While I was waiting I even looked for signs to indicate whether I was picking up at the right location but nothing was posted, or I overlooked it in the mess. My complaints to the store manager were met with little interest. The online pick up at the 1 hour photo presented the same picture, total mess, and I was surprised they actual found my order. It’s clear that Target is certainly not equipped with the logistic skills of running a smooth online order and store pickup operation.
This Target has everything you could ever imagine. With an expanded grocery section, huge clothing selection, and so much more, you really can’t go wrong. I always come here if I need anything. Always find what I want. This place is amazing and the employees are super nice. Extremely helpful, hardworking, and task oriented. The service is fast and I have never had anything but exceptional and friendly service. The biggest selection I’ve ever seen. The store seems to always being updated which I appreciate very much. Thanks Target for always improving and investing in my shopping experiences! Highly recommended
This target I’ve been to once. Last time was so fun spent 3 hours in here for Xmas my dad & I go in & were out in 15 mins not even but I got pulled back by products they don’t have anywhere else but online also products they don’t have. I will say every single target in 40 mile radius of where I live had NO EGGNOG! and one thing that made me mad
Was when I purchased my items during Christmas I specifically asked the man of this was Christmas Eve or the day before I believe but I specifically asked the cashier that if I needed to return the scooters and other items I got if I would be able to because I used $5 for my gift card and the rest was on my credit card he said there would be no problem in the money would be returned on my card so three weeks later I went and returned trying to return my items and the woman at four different locations told me that I cannot get my money back … this was very infuriating so I didn’t return anything until literally a few days ago and just took the loss and use the gift card I will be returning an item that I got from you guys because packaging is all messed up but other than that I guess it is what it is..
Used to love target. Gone downhill in the last year. Other than the self check out, there is normally only one register open with long lines. Not a fan of target anymore.
Very much clean and organized while it’s getting remodeled this location is much better than Joliet and Shorewood stores
