The whole store was an absolute nightmare. There were clothes strewn everywhere, and so much just thrown all over the place. The makeup/care aisle was picked over and had hardly any products. There were employees standing around talking to each other, and the lines for all checkouts were huge… it was just an awful experience as I couldn’t find anything I really wanted, and the store was such a mess.
What happened to this place? Years ago, this Target was awesome. Friendly staff, clean, and well stocked. Now, this place is in a sad state. We went clothes shopping here on 8/14 and the place looked like it was just hit by a flash mob. Items were laying on the floor, shelves were bare, we found more garbage (cups, napkins, wrappers) on the shelves then actual items to buy. When we were checking out, the cashier said we needed to swipe out card again so we did. We ended up being charged twice. When we brought this up with customer service, the girl couldn’t even look at us and just said “You need to call your bank, we can’t help you”….very rude.
Great place.. I left my wallet and Raven from customer service went over and beyond her job to make sure I got my wallet back!! Thank you so much
Absolutely love Target they’re friendly staff and the clean environment. Never get any sarcastic responses from their staff when asking a question unlike Wally world.
I usually love shopping at target. It’s usually clean, organized, people are helpful, and it’s good quality. Unfortunately the Reno store has gone down hill so much in the last six months. It was in complete disarray today. I took pictures to send to management it was so bad. It’s too bad. I left without purchasing anything. Is this target going out of business?
