4 months agoThis is one of my favorite Target Stores in the San Antonio area.It’s clean and well kept. They have the majority of the items that I’m typically looking for when shopping at a Target Store.
The Starbucks inside is on point. I also get my eyewear from their optical which has been a very smooth process and bonus that they make sure you get every possible discount possible.
It recently started going through a remodel and so perhaps it may be an interesting period while they go through that, however per other locations that have gone through a remodel, once it is completed it is even better.
Overall a good location to shop for your Target Run.
a year agoI came into this location to see if I can find an item that I wanted. Unfortunately I didn’t find the item at this location and it looked like it was hit by a tornado! For this location being a Super Target I think that I will just stay going to the smaller stores as they are cleaner and stocked better. Maybe it will get better if they have a surprise visit from corporate. They have alot of parking with wheelchair accessibility.a month agoMy husband and I went to this target for the first time last night. Now this is our regular target! It was so so beautiful! The grocery section had everything. Also, you can tell all of the staff is held to a higher level! Birdie in Levi’s helped me and it was a wonderful experience. I also spoke briefly to a manager there named Katie it’s so apparent she loves her job and people.a month agoI love this target! Everything is easy to find and there’s usually good sales on clearance items. The app really helps you get some extra coupons and savings or you can use to shop and use the drive-up feature.9 months agoUpdate: I had the misfortune to visit this location again on November 27th. Squalor is the best word to describe what I saw today. This place looks more like a ransacked Ross than a Target. Actually, the Ross a few doors down is in better shape. Terrible.This location continues to be hot garbage – especially when compared to the other Targets in town. The Bandera/1604 location makes this one look 3rd world. (And have you been to the Blanco store?!?! 😲) Seriously, what the heck is going on? Who’s managing this place? How is corporate okay with this representing their brand? Keep the one-star reviews coming folks. We need a change in Alamo Ranch.

a year agoI love target! Nothing better than grabbing a drink and popcorn and wandering the aisles aimlessly spending hundreds of dollars. However i do wish that they would restock their makeup. They never have anything available.in the last weekWorst experience ever. Went to pick up an order and gurls behind counter arguing over who would help me. When I finally got my order everything was thrown in 1 big bag instead of separate bags. Pasta sauce was cracked and pasta boxes were damaged and messed up from being thrown in with heavy items. Never going to order from this Target again. Dont recommend to anyone.a week agoThe starbucks employees gossiped the entire time i was there instead of focusing on the customers…the 2 female employees were still gossiping when ringing up customers…they talked about customers being demanding and talked negative about other employees. My drinks came out sooo bad but after listening to these workers i doubt they would have made them better…please retrain your employees to put more effort in the drinks/customer service.2 months agoI was able to pick up my order within 2 hrs and was able to do other errands in that time. Staff was friendly and quick to get my order and I was glad the pick up area was in front and didn’t have to walk the whole store, way in the back to get it.5 years agoFirst time visiting this target location. The store was clean, bright, and all the aisles I went down where all in order. Product was in the right locations and everything I was looking for was easy to find. Takeaway, this Target store seems to be an older location, but they keep it up real nice. I would visit here again.

As always, the drive up order experience at Target was a breeze, lightning fast, and my order was exactly correct. The team member was friendly and as efficient as the system Target designed. I’ve never had a single complaint about any aspect of picking up an order from Target, this time included. And I actually placed two separate orders. The orders were combined and delivered together, without a special request or prompt from me. Picked up both orders at once. No telling the team member who delivered that first that I had placed a second then waiting for the other order to be fetched. Absolutely seamless & headache free.
This location always has whatever I need , and the staff & team is so friendly .

I love Target. Especially the store at Balconies Park. The store is always extremely clean. Always looks fresh and organized. Upscale without the upscale price. I always find what I want at Target and somethings I want are only sold at Target. The grocery department is my favorite part of the store and I’m always able to find high quality produce and products at lower or very competitively priced to other stores. I love the wide aisles and I don’t feel confined like the narrow aisles at other stores like HEB. Of course the employees are always friendly and helpful. I’m always able to find what I’m looking for. I will definitely be back. 5 stars hands down.
They always have such a variety of things in the good section. They also have some great deals on clothes, shoes & toys. I missed the labor day sale but im sure there will be another sale soon.
