3 weeks agoJonathan in the electronic department should honestly be fired or get better training for customer service, the way he let a customer disrespect another customer and do nothing and laugh along with him which enables this behavior to be acceptable in target is seriously concerning. This target needs to do better and get a better employee for this department. Shame on you Jonathan.a year agoThis target is very hit or miss. I went over the weekend and the selves where very empty. I stop by every few months and look at the grocery section and the holiday section. Always make sure to check the clearance sections… The one by the pharmacy can have some really good deals. Overall not my favorite target but it will do in a pinch.2 years agoi had a pretty bad experience at this location. i had a list of different items from different areas of the store and they really didn’t have that much of what i needed in stock. the aisles were dirty and items were messy in most. the store was extremely crowded with none of the employees cleaning up the store either.5 years agoOne star is one too many. I have informed the store on a number of occasions and now it’s just gotten ridiculous. This store is always a mess and the employees there are a huge part of the problem. I said I would not go back due to them never having any of the items I need in stock, but am tired of the inconvenience of having to drive elsewhere because this Target can’t seem to get it together. Shame on me for trusting it would be any different, but to my surprise they actually had my soap in stock for once. I was there last night and the photos are the result of my horrible shopping experience. The store was a disaster!!! None of the scanners were working and as you can see the aisles were littered with merchandise. What the hell is going on Target??? I once heard you are guilty by association based on the company you keep… well that was evident as one of the employees named “Hue” was talking VERY loud and inappropriately telling another associate that she was a “wild child” etc. At first I thought it was another shopper and to my surprise it was an associate. So it comes as no surprise the place looks like a zoo since wild children seem to be running the show there! Take a look for yourself. SHAME on the people who make a mess in the first place like littering the parking lot and evidently the store, BUT REALLY SHAME ON YOU TARGET AND MANAGEMENT FOR ALLOWING ANY PART OF THIS AND NOT ADDRESSING IT. The whole experience at this location for the past 8-9 months up till last night has been just awful and it was not surprising while walking through the store that I over heard other shoppers commenting “This Target sucks”…my sentiments exactly. This Target is horrible and I am wondering how many bad reviews it will take for anyone there to reach out and or at the very least start to take notice? It’s time to wake up Target Management!9 months agoHas my favorite hair care products at this location! I love it! Target joes across the parking lot too very convenient.

in the last weekPretty good store, just wish they had more Cars stuff because it is very low in stock, only random characters, everything else was fine though.3 months agoThis target was able to help me with store credit on a speaker that I had for about 3 months. I had the receipt but the return it had to be store credit because of how long ago I bought it. They modified the price for me since it was over $100. The target on 17th and Grand didn’t want to help me, just their choice. They told me that they couldn’t modify the price but now I know they just did not want to and lied to me. Thanks to this Target!2 years agoCame in for a hard wire light fixture and the only thing they have are light bulbs and battery operated lights. So much for the home improvement isle.5 months agoReally needed a bike lock. Don’t have much money. It says it has it in stock but does not keep the bike lock in stock. I ordered here and at another target for pick up. Both stores said they had both stores said they were sold out but does not update or restock items. This is a very common situation for target.a month agoExcellent customer service the only downfall is it is in a very sketchy area. Store is clean and the employees are professional and kind!

Shopping 🛍 at its finest. Good selection of items to choose from, and friendly service 👍🏾.
I was looking for a specific item and it was easily found and also had a special online price. Less expensive than I was expecting. Ordered online at 3:00 a.m. and within a half an hour of the store opening this morning My curbside pickup items were ready. Got to the store found easy and plainly marked curbside spots. Within 5 minutes of check-in, my items were delivered to my car. I was greeted by an employee with a smile on their face friendly and polite and by minute six I was on my way out of the parking lot. Absolutely fabulous service on lake one of the other big box stores. Definitely will be shopping here again.
Everything was fine. Nothing not out of the ordinary, until I reached the make up section. It was absolutely horrifying.
If i could give zero stars i would. The worst Target I have ever been to. the employees are rude and apathic, and slow. If one sees you needing help, they walk away, or run past. This one is super ghetto. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, just shop on AMZ
This location is my favorite. They don’t sell alcohol, but they have everything else. The store is clean and they have some really nice cashiers. Tasim is our favorite. He’s always so welcoming and friendly to our family!
