04/23/23: Haha 😂 I spent a wonderful time wandering around here. I felt like this Target is bigger than the ones in Seattle. It was stocked well with diversified products. The store was not crowded during my visit and it was located all the way to the 7th floor of the Northgate complex. The staff was fine and good. Target is doing well with their products and customer service. I have no complains

Always love shopping at my local target but my 5 star rating today is because of your staff at the northgate location. Big thanks to Scott(in the returns counter) for taking the time to help me out today, he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. If i could give more than 10 Stars I would.

I found parking to be easy to find, and I was also happy to see that there was a self check out because there were a lot of human cashiers that had open lanes. The option to have self check out really expedited my experience I was able to find what I was looking for in the staff was friendly..

I used to look forward to going to Target but those days are long gone at the Northgate location. Expect to stand in line for at least 20 minutes of you want to return something or want to checkout with a person. There was one checker working on Saturday afternoon and one person doing returns

The store is also hard to navigate since staff seem to leave their restocking carts in the aisles in such a way as to block everyone else.

The store is also dirty. I might as well have been at a Walmart.

Two stars for having the item in stock, but my gift card didn’t work right and the cashier at self checkout didn’t seem to understand the problem. I had to flag her down twice since she was ignoring the call light, and then she didn’t help. I was unable to use my gift card. There was a screen showing a video of me with a blinking red light saying I was being monitored, I assume because I was waiting for the checker to do her job. This experience really made my day worse. Epic fail.

No plants and google said they had plants and it’s taxed for stuff that you find half price at Walmart or online so not impressed ———6-24-2022———update Went back for air mattress and blanket they had it but again it’s overpriced and taxed but they did have the stuff there so I gave them 3 stars for over priced stuff!!

The store and workers are just great/ awesome!!! They do such a great job! They’re doing everything just fine !just how they are supposed to actually! Customer service is great too! Very nice. ONLY bad thing was that sonof the workers were actually judging by the cover to ime customer’s. That just wasn’t cool/not nice at ALL 😬😮‍💨😤😬😒

    To whom it may concern,

I came to Target as I’ve shopped at many Targets throughout the USA. I love this store and what it has to bring. I came in today to return an item I purchased, and found I had already had at home. Approaching the 5-7 employees standing (socializing) at the customer service desk. I was not greeted, not responded to, nor was there any show of customer support. I returned the item, and proceeded to accomplish some shopping to prepare for my weekend and found a line of 15+ customers. They are only able to go through self checkout! I don’t know if this is the route target is aiming for, but I do feel there is a lack of management here and I decided to make my shopping elsewhere.

Target made it really easy for me to return a defective record player I bought. I was able to return at a different location. Target employees made the process easy for me to receive a store credit toward the purchase of a new record player. I appreciate their help as I had never returned anything before and it had been 10 days after the purchase date.

2023 review As of now, Westwood is full of chief sealth and denny middle school kids, these kids tear up target and westwood. They litter and make target unsafe. I always get so much anxiety coming to westwood after school. But when the school kids aren’t at target it’s alright.

  1. While I am a frequent user of self checkout stations I am not a fan of being forced to use one as was the case during the only two visits I have ever made to this Target. I am also not a fan of having to wait for an employee to unlock so many things I want to purchase. To be fair to the employees they have been fairly quick to respond, courteous and helpful. I can only imagine the shrinkage this Target has experienced but these loss prevention measures are going to cost them the loss of some of my business.

  2. I’ve been a frequent shopper at Target for quite some time now, and overall, my experiences have been positive. This store offers a wide range of products and services, making it a convenient one-stop destination for all my shopping needs.

  3. I like this target its got a good verity of stuff though out the store , yah some things could be more of but overall i like it here . Some sections of stuff is behind plastic glass you have to ask staff to get itam out . No washrooms whatsoever . Lots of floors here . a food market . They got cool t-shirts . They got a electronic section . Its a very interesting target ive never seen a store so beefed up with armed security guards in my life lol yah its interesting alright . Its got self served check out mostly like 95 % .

  4. Not too shabby. It can be busy but it’s downtown. Stock was good and although things downstairs may be locked up for beauty or health aids, they were quick to come over. But avoid that altogether with an online or app order for pickup if you can and you don’t have to press all the need assistance buttons.

  5. They seem to always be out of half the things I need, but for once I managed to get everything I went in for today! The lines can get very long on the Pike side for checkout, but staff was trying to help by checking people out & that got me out much faster. For what it’s worth, the 2nd Ave entrance (downstairs) didn’t have much of a line for checkout when I was there, so that may be a faster option if you’re low on time.
