a month agoGreat customer service and always hassle free returns… Two qualities I appreciate in a shopping experience but are hard to find at most businesses these days so it’s great when a store has employees that uphold both.2 weeks agoUsed to be my favorite store. But the shelves are always empty. They closed down one side of self check out and limited the amount you can check out at self check out. I’m not going shop here any more.4 years agoI’ve been to this location several times, ever since they’ve opened. I haven’t had one bad experience. The store is always clean and always have excellent workers. So far I’ve had nothing but great experience here and dont forget your coffee! It’s the first thing u smell when you get in! Not to mention the popcorn is amazing. I’m a foodie and this place has some amazing popcorn and pizza for the price you cant pass it up. I have also had a great experience with the customer service desk with price matching. So instead of fighting the lines at Walmart go here and look up the item online and show them. They’ll always honor it. I love the fact the workers are always happy and not to mention their bathrooms are always stocked up and clean. Good job all! Will return with friends!6 months ago812am entered store to return a defective toy. Waited over 15 min to be helped. 4 separate employees saw me waiting after a few minutes I asked an employee working the dollar section stocking shelves if anyone was working return desk this employee told me they were doing customer pick ups outside and would be back shortly. The employee comes in and asks me to continue to wait as he is going back out again to do more deliveries. When he comes back in then tries to get a different employee to help me and this employee in front of me says ask them who was a manager and another employee who also saw me waiting but continued their conversation about interviews and employees hours on pay check. That manager tells the employee who’s doing deliveries that the employee whose now behind the return desk help me. So literally after waiting they go back and forth in front of me debating who is going to do a one minute return as she put it. In the end she(manager) starts the return and then has another employee take over. This employee struggles to do complete return and again same manager comes over to finish return. Shocks me that after recapping my experience that there was such a display of poor customer service. And that something that according to manager took a minute I waited over 20 minutes to complete. Very sure the group of employees in question have had zero training in greeting and delivering any kind of customer service. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any retail environment. For it to be 8am and completely empty literally more employees than customers and to be given this level of service. I hope management researches who these employees and manager are and retrains their Staff properly.in the last weekTarget has the absolute best app for buying and picking up using drive up. Just so quick and easy

a month agoThis is my go to Target, since we don’t have one in Victorville. We were helped by Shaun cashier today, she was wonderful helping us get the target app. She was so patient and understanding, great smile too. Thank you Shaun 🙂5 months agoMy order was brought to me quickly after arriving and logging in to the app I put my location and I was told that my order would be out soon and then it was out to me within 5 minutes thank you so much great customer service.4 years agoWent to Target last night, and I really like this store, but I have a concern to share. On a google search, my local Target listed that it stocked Hot Dog Relish by Heinz’s, so my mother and Zi went there specifically to pick some up, but there was no sign of the product when we searched the store shelves. The store has items throughout different departments on sale, but overall the prices seem higher than Walmart’s. Walmart seems to have a much better selection of products. The store itself has a much classier look, and they keep things much better organized adding to a much better shopping experience, but overall Walmart scores higher in price and selection.3 months agoEasy in and out experience. Good selection for what we needed. Parking lot was full of trash all over though.3 months agofront manager i believe by the name marcus was very rude with a bad attitude seemed to be unhappy. definitely not be going back there

Target is always a very clean and well-organized store! They just remodeled so it is going to take a little time getting used to and learning the layout. I love the new set-up though. The store looks great!
My favorite place to shop for snacks! :}
Target has a great kombucha selection, I really like the seasonal ones. ^_^
I like “borrowing stickers” from here all the time. 😀
Lots of fun things to look at, great atmosphere. I enjoy how organized the store always is. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and have never had a bad experience.
Very clean bathrooms at Friday 8:30pm. I spent more time waiting to pick up my order than if I had went to grab the item off the shelf and went to self check out. I only had 1 item. So I think pick up orders is best if you have multiple items. If you have just one item, just get it yourself.
I went to target because my babies wanted to buy a board game, then I got sidetracked on some jeans for my daughter. I wanted my daughter to try them on I pressed the button and one of the rooms unlocked. The store closed and my daughter is in the fitting room and one associate comes and says we are closed and that the fitting room closes at 9pm I said I’m sorry I wasn’t aware I didn’t know I said is there a sign that maybe I missed. She said no. The next associate comes and says we are closed I said I know my daughter is hurrying up. 3rd associate comes and she was extremely rude and said we are closed and she shouldn’t even been in here because it closes at 9pm o said I understand told my daughter to hurry up and she stood there and o told her you want to escort me ? She said yes, I said I’ll follow you she said I can’t go ok . I talked to the manager (Megan) told her my situation about how I felt, I told her I felt harassed by her associates and really she acted like she didn’t care with her hands behind her and I told her how I can do the survey and o feel I deserve a apology because I didn’t know there fitting room closed at 9pm. I am sure Im not the only one that has gone through this. I will not shop here anymore.
Quality of customer service and being valued as a consumer has dropped significantly. This isn’t the only reason I visit less and less. Sign of the end times?
