My dad and I like going here and it’s always a great time. The food is good and the drinks are also made nicely. We usually get the bucket of beers. Always seems busy whenever we go and there’s a huge screen where you can watch games or events. Great seating in the indoor and outdoor areas. the service is always nice.
Went here for the first time as a family night out. We had so much fun here & the service & food was great! Truly a great place to just hang out & make friends. Our server made sure to check in on us occasionally and we were approached by 2 managers that had reassured us that we were getting the best service possible. Price to rent out a lane is by time & duration as well as what time you show up to the facility. Also, it includes a bar and certain items such as T-shirts & accessories that are available for purchase. Will definitely be back if I’m ever in Fort Myers again!
The experience was fun. Devon and his team took great care of us. The games were easy to understand and there’s a great variety of foods and drinks. The portion sizes were quite disappointing though, but they did taste pretty good, nothing too special.
First time visiting Top Golf. Great concept. Made a reservation. This costs $5. Probably not necessary at the time we went (8:45pm on a Thursday) as there were plenty of open bays, but better to be safe than sorry.
You will also have to pay a one time $5 fee as a new member. Our family of 3 spent $20 and haven’t even hit a ball 🤷♂️
Just calling it as I see it.
Location is nice. Great layout. Counter person was helpful and accommodating upon our arrival. She explained everything and gave us directions to our bay. We were greeted within a minute at our bay by our server, Zoe. She was very friendly and explained how everything works. She checked in on us and made sure everything was going well. We ordered drinks and food. Food was good. Burger was not over cooked and still juicy. Chicken fingers didn’t fare as well.
We were on the first level. It was kind of hard to tell how far the golf ball was actually going from this perspective. There is a TV screen to see where the ball traveled and show you the score on that ball. I think the upper level would be better to see the ball traveling in the air to the targets.
We had two people golfing. I think to have a more relaxed time it would be better to have 4-6 people so you don’t feel so rushed to hit balls because the hourly rate per player is more expensive when there are only 2 people as opposed to 4-6. The hourly rate gets more expensive as the day goes on. But if you have more people playing it will be cheaper for each player. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would like to give Top Golf a 4 star review. BUT, I’m deducting 1 star because of the music. It was waaaaaaaay too loud. You could not even talk to the person across the table without shouting at them. Also it was all mash-ups of hip hop, rap and dance music. I don’t mind that music but not for 2 hours straight. There is plenty of music out there to mix things up for younger and older customers. I do not know if the music is different at different times of the day but from 8:45 -10:30pm I felt like we were at a nightclub. I’m on the fence if I’ll go back. If it wasn’t for the music we would’ve have a much better time.
We have been to many Top Golf’s and this was one in Fort Myers was one of our best experiences yet! Our server Rodolfo was great- attentive and personable! The manager, Devon, came over multiple times and checked on us to make sure our experience was top notch. The food was great, no one had a bad meal! We had a party of 9 with 2 bays, of course it was expensive but that’s to be expected for food, drinks, alcohol, and an experience.
