I had a great time at Topgolf yesterday evening. It was my very first time visiting this venue and all I can say is wow ! It is not only beautiful inside but it is also very clean. All of the staff were very nice. I was served by a waitress named Ari and she was so great. She was very attentive and had great customer service. The food was also amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon.
We went to the opening day of King of Prussia top golf for my 30th birthday! It was absolutely so much fun! When we first went in the lady at the front said no walk ins and I was sad but then she said download this app and I did and within mins we got a bay! So we got to play! The staff were extremely nice! We played for an hour and 15 mins we got two appetizers and one drink it came to 124 not to bad but it was for my birthday!
We love Top Golf! This was our first time at the King of Prussia location but we have been to many Top Golf locations. Lucky for us, they had just opened and we were in town for a soccer tourney! The staff was super accommodating to our team who reserved quite a few bays and were hoping to be placed near each other. The service and food were very good. I was impressed, especially since they had just opened. The staff seemed to be well trained already. One, very helpful employee was Zinneerah at the front desk. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to work some magic to help us get our bays together. Thank you Zinneerah and thank you Top Golf for helping us create great memories on our last team soccer trip!
Was super excited to go to the new KOP Top Golf location only to be pretty disappointed. I have been to plenty of Top Golf locations around the country, and this one by far was the worst of them all. The one in Philadelphia is actually better, surprisingly.
Went on a Tuesday night for the half off game play and was excited to go to this new location, as it’s only been open for about maybe 2 months now. We got our bay right away which was good. Our waitress came not too long after to ask us for drinks. We got our drinks within 15 minutes, which was okay. It was when we ordered food about 30 minutes later because our waitress had taken quite a while to return to us. We ordered a flat bread and boneless wings. We waited an hour and then some until our food came, and when it did, it tasted as if it came straight out of the refrigerator, COLD! I kindly went and told someone how we were disappointed and dissatisfied that we had to wait that long and received cold food. They apologized, said they were going to get fresh food sent out. Waited another 15 mins, and food once again came out not fresh. The flatbread at best was lukewarm and the chicken was as cold as before. I have never had this issue at different locations. We had to take our food to go as well because our Bay’s time was up, which felt like we got played. The place was busy but it was nothing that couldn’t be handled. No one even checked on us while we were waiting and looking around for our food. We weren’t able to eat while enjoying golf and still had to pay for mediocre food to take home. We also asked for a second round of drinks from on the menu, and they didn’t have them. Why offer them if you don’t have it? All in all, I was so sad to have had this experience, and I don’t know if I’ll be back. Maybe because it is new, they need to fix some kinks first.
The website says the bays are climate controlled. What they have are heaters and fans. In the summer, dress for being outdoors. Our group thought climate control meant air conditioning. It was 90 and humid. We had fun, but would have dressed differently.
For moderately serious golfers, bring your clubs. What they provide is fine for a non-golfer, but hard to use if you play regularly. Skinny, slippery grips made me hesitant to swing full speed for fear I’d lose the club.
It’s a fun time, and I will go again.
